DAS WEINGUT
Herzlich Willkommen im Weingut Moser. Im sonnenverwöhnten Süden Südtirols
bewirtschaften wir erstklassige Obst- und Weinbauflächen. Das Interesse und die Leidenschaft
für die Landwirtschaft und Weinherstellung wurden uns seit Generationen
weitergegeben. Unsere Stärken liegen in den ausgezeichneten Lagen rund um dem
Kalterer und den Montiggler Seen, und die penible Genauigkeit im Weinberg und dem
hochprofessionellen Ausbau im Keller. Seit 2018 veredeln wir eine kleine Selektion der
Trauben in dem neu errichteten Weingut Moser. Die edlen Tropfen sind nun bereit mit
Ihnen auf eine traumhafte Reise der Sinne zu gehen.

LA TENUTA
Benvenuti alla Tenuta Moser. Nel soleggiato sud dell‘Alto Adige noi, la famiglia Moser, coltiviamo
frutteti e vigneti di prima classe. L‘interesse e la passione per l‘agricoltura e la viticoltura ci vengono
tramandate da generazioni. I nostri punti di forza sono le eccellenti posizioni intorno ai laghi
di Caldaro e Monticolo, la meticolosa precisione nel vigneto e lo sviluppo altamente professionale
in cantina. Dal 2018 affiniamo una piccola selezione di uva nella nuova cantina Moser, di recente
costruzione. Le nobili gocce sono ora pronte ad accompagnarvi in un viaggio onirico dei sensi.
THE WINERY
Welcome to Winery Moser. In the sun-blessed south of South Tyrol we, the family Moser, cultivate
first-class fruit and wine growing areas. The interest and passion for agriculture and wine
production has been passed on to us for generations. Our strengths are the excellent locations
around lake Caldaro and lake Monticolo, the meticulous precision in the vineyard and the highly
professional development in the cellar. Since 2018 we have been refining a small selection of
grapes in the newly created Moser Winery. The noble wines are now ready to start a dreamlike
journey of senses with you.

UNSER KELLERMEISTER
Mit Kellermeister Gerhard Sanin, der zuvor in international renommierten Kellereien
wie die „Erste & Neue“ oder „Tenuta Ornellaia“ sagenhafte Weine kreiert hat, ist ein
absoluter Experte ins Boot geholt worden. Mit seiner Hilfe wurde der Weinkeller im
Weingut Moser nach neuesten technischen Standards ausgestattet. Seine hochprofessionelle
Arbeitsweise, seine riesige Erfahrung und sein außergewöhnliches Talent sind
der Grundstein unseres erfolgreichen Projekts.

Con il cantiniere Gerhard Sanin, che in passato ha creato vini favolosi in cantine di fama
internazionale come „Erste & Neue“ o „Tenuta Ornellaia“, è stato portato a bordo un esperto
assoluto. Con il suo aiuto, la cantina della Tenuta Moser è stata attrezzata secondo i più moderni
standard tecnici. Il suo modo di lavorare altamente professionale, la sua vasta esperienza e il suo
straordinario talento sono la pietra angolare del nostro progetto di successo..
OUR CELLARMASTER
With cellar master Gerhard Sanin, who previously created fabulous wines in internationally
renowned wineries such as „Erste & Neue“ or „Tenuta Ornellaia“, an absolute expert has been
brought on board. With his help, the wine cellar in the Moser Winery was equipped according
to the latest technical standards. His highly professional way of working, his enormous experience
and exceptional talent are the cornerstone of our successful project.

DOC SÜDTIROL I ALTO ADIGE
PINOT GRIGIO
FRISCH UND KÖRPERREICH
In hervorragender Einzellage am Südhang der Montiggler Seen gedeiht dieser Pinot
Grigio zu Exzellance. Der an Porphyr und Vulkangestein reiche Boden gibt dem Wein
alpine Eleganz und mediterrane Kraft. Die Veredelung im Holzfass schenkt ihm die
zusätzliche Würze und vervollständigt ihn zu einem erstklassigen und saftigen Wein
mit tollem Säurespiel. Der lange Abgang überzeugt den Weinkenner und schafft einen
wunderbaren Partner für mehr.
FRESCO E CORPOSO
Questo Pinot Grigio prospera in una posizione eccezionale sul versante meridionale dei laghi di
Monticolo. Il terreno, ricco di porfido e roccia vulcanica, conferisce al vino eleganza alpina e forza
mediterranea. L‘ affinamento in botti di legno gli conferisce la speziatura aggiuntiva e lo completa
in un vino di prima classe, succoso e di grande acidità. Il lungo finale convince l‘intenditore e crea
un partner meraviglioso.
FRESH AND FULL-BODIED
This Pinot Grigio thrives in an excellent location on the southern slope of the Monticolo lakes.
The soil, rich in porphyry and volcanic rock, gives the wine an Alpine elegance and Mediterranean
strength. The refinement in wooden barrels gives the wine the extra spice and completes
it to a first-class and juicy wine with a great acidity. The long finish convinces the wine
connoisseur and creates a wonderful partner for more.

SAUVIGNON
SELTEN, BESONDERS UND AUSDRUCKSSTARK
Auf alten und wertvollen Rebstöcken einzigartiger Lagen in Girlan und Montiggl
gedeiht dieser Spitzenwein. Die vollständige Veredelung im Holzfass gibt ihm eine
hervorragende Harmonie und tolle Eleganz bei tiefsinniger Struktur. Der cremige, körperreiche
Abgang mit beeindruckender Länge lässt Gaumen Freudensprünge machen.
Dieses Kunstwerk macht jeden Moment wertvoll.
RARO, SPECIALE ED ESPRESSIVO
Questo vino di punta ha origine su vecchi e pregiati vitigni in posizioni uniche a Cornaiano e Monticolo.
La raffinatezza della botte in legno gli conferisce un‘ottima armonia e una grande eleganza
con una struttura profonda. Il finale cremoso e corposo dalla sorprendente persistenza è una gioia
per il palato. Quest‘opera d‘arte rende prezioso ogni momento.
RARE, SPECIAL AND EXPRESSIVE
On old and valuable vines in unique locations in Cornaiano and Monticolo this top wine thrives.
The complete refinement in wooden barrels gives it an excellent harmony and a great elegance
with a deep structure. The creamy, full-bodied finish with impressive length makes the palate
leap for joy. This work of art refines every second of your affection.

DOC SÜDTIROL I ALTO ADIGE
CHARDONNAY
KNACKIG, FRISCH UND CHARAKTERSTARK
Leuchtend gelb strahlt dieser Chardonnay im karibischen Flair. Trotz junger Jahre bringt
das mineralische Porphyrgestein der Anlage in Montiggl bereits kraftvolles und ausgereiftes
Traubengut enormen Potentials hervor. Der Ausbau im kleinen Holzfass gibt
dem Wein eine feine Vanillenote, welche die Aromen nach Banane und reifem Golden
Delicious außergewöhnlich gut ergänzt. Mit seiner milden und trotzdem präsenten
Säure eignet sich dieser Chardonnay krokanter Textur als Begleiter eleganter Anlässe.
DECISO, FRESCO E FORTE DI CARATTERE
Il Chardonnay brilla in un giallo luminoso con un tocco caraibico. Nonostante la sua giovane età,
la posizione a Monticolo su roccia porfirica minerale produce giá vigneti grandi e maturi con
enorme potenziale. L’invecchiamento in piccole botti di legno conferisce al vino una bella nota di
vaniglia, che completa eccezionalmente bene gli aromi di banana e di maturi Golden Delicious.
Con la sua acidità lieve e tuttavia presente, questo Chardonnay della struttura decisa e fresca é
perfetto come accompagnatore per occasioni eleganti.
STRONG, FRESH AND FULL OF CHARACTER
Bright yellow shines this Chardonnay with Caribbean flair. Despite its young age, the mineral
porphyry rock of the Monticolo/Montiggl site already produces powerful and mature grapes
of enormous potential. The ageing in small wooden barrels gives the wine a fine vanilla note,
which complements the aromas of banana and ripe Golden Delicious exceptionally well. With
its mild and nevertheless present acidity, this Chardonnay with strong and fresh texture is
perfect to accompany elegant occasions.

LAGREIN ROSÈ
FRUCHTIG UND SPRITZIG
Der perfekte Begleiter für warme Sommertage. Die Lagreintrauben direkt am Kalterersee
haben vor der Pressung kurzen Maischekontakt, der dem rosa leuchtenden Wein
fruchtige Noten nach reifer Ananas, Kirschen und Walderdbeeren verleiht. Der Inbegriff
eines Sonnenweins und perfekt für jeden Aperitif geeignet. Schön gekühlt vergoldet
diese spritzige Fruchtbombe jedes Beisammensein.
FRUTTATO E FRIZZANTE
Il compagno perfetto per le calde giornate estive. L’uva Lagrein direttamente sulle rive del lago di
Caldaro hanno un breve contatto tra bucce e mosto prima della pigiatura, che conferisce al vino
rosa brillante note fruttate di ananas maturo, ciliegie e fragoline di bosco. La quintessenza di un
vino solare e perfetto per ogni aperitivo. Splendidamente raffreddata, questa bomba alla frutta
scintilla ogni volta che ci si ritrova.
FRUITY AND SPARKLING
The perfect companion for warm summer days. The Lagrein grapes directly on the shores of
lake Caldaro have brief maceration contact before pressing, which gives the bright pink wine
fruity notes of ripe pineapple, cherries and wild strawberries. The epitome of a sun wine and
perfect for every aperitif. This artwork makes every moment precious.

KALTERERSEE
CLASSICO SUPERIORE
TYPISCH UND CHARAKTERSTARK
Mitten im Herzen des Weinbaugebiets rund um den Kalterer See wachsen die Trauben
für diesen besonders saftigen Wein. Mit seinen Nuancen nach Kirsch, Veilchen und
Bittermandeln passt dieser gesellige Allrounder hervorragend zu typisch Südtiroler
Kost - im Zusammenspiel mit Südtiroler Bauernspeck unschlagbar! Ein klassischer
Spaßmacher: kontaktfreudig und unkompliziert, aber sehr charaktervoll.
TIPICO E DI CARATTERE FORTE
L’uva di questo vino particolarmente succoso cresce nel cuore della regione vinicola intorno al Lago
di Caldaro. Con le sue sfumature di ciliegia, viola e mandorle amare, questo conviviale tuttofare
si sposa perfettamente con la tipica cucina altoatesina - in combinazione con lo speck contadino
altoatesino è imbattibile! Un classico del divertimento: socievole e semplice, ma pieno di carattere.
TYPICAL AND STRONG IN CHARACTER
The grapes for this particularly juicy wine grow in the heart of the wine-growing region around
lake Caldaro. With its nuances of cherry, violet and bitter almonds, this convivial all-rounder
is an excellent accompaniment to typical South Tyrolean food - in combination with South
Tyrolean farmer‘s bacon it is unbeatable! A classic fun maker: sociable and uncomplicated, but
full of character.

Jahren drei Hotels im Süden Südtirols: Das Hotel Weinegg im sonnigen Girlan, das
Hotel Seeleiten am beliebten Kalterer See und das Gartenhotel Moser am idyllischen
Montiggler See.
Oltre all‘agricoltura, i tre fratelli della famiglia Moser gestiscono da molti anni tre hotel
nel sud dell‘Alto Adige: l‘Hotel Weinegg nel soleggiato Cornaiano, l‘Hotel Seeleiten sul
popolare Lago di Caldaro e il Gartenhotel Moser sull‘idilliaco Lago di Monticolo.
In addition to farming, the three brothers of the Moser family have been running three
hotels in the south of South Tyrol for many years: the Hotel Weinegg in the sunny Cornaiano,
the Hotel Seeleiten at the popular lake of Caldaro and the Gartenhotel Moser at
the idyllic lake of Monticolo.

unsere Weine und ausgewählter Betriebe der Region. Regionale Produkte wie Äpfel
aus der eigenen Landwirtschaft, hausgemachter Apfelsaft, Schnäpse, geräucherte
Würste, Speck und das hofeigene Mendelbier ergänzen das tolle Sortiment. Zusätzlich
können Sie sich hier für Führungen und Verkostungen anmelden. Wir freuen uns auf
Ihren Besuch!

Una visita nella nuova bottega non può mancare. Nella quale troverete tutti i nostri vini e di
cantine selezionate della regione. Prodotti regionali come mele di propria coltivazione, succo di
mela fatto in casa, grappe, salami affumicati, speck e la birra „Mendelbier“ di propria produzione
completano il grande assortimento. Inoltre é possibile registrarsi per visite guidate e degustazioni.

A visit to the newly built farm shop is a must. There you will find all our wines and from
selected wineries of the region. Regional products such as apples from our own agriculture,
homemade apple juice, distillates/liquor, smoked sausages, bacon and the farm‘s own beer
„Mendelbier“ complete the great assortment. In addition, you can register here for guided tours
and tastings. We look forward to your visit!

Nach vielen Jahren des Testens und der Vorbereitung ist es seit 2020 endlich soweit.
Neben den Weinen sorgt Kellermeister Gerhard im Keller des Weingut Moser für
die nächste Überraschung: das handwerklich gebraute Mendelbier. Naturtrüb und
unfi ltriert fl ießt es frisch gezapft aus dem Tank und behält so seinen vollen und unverwechselbaren
Geschmack. Ehrliches Bier & edler Wein – denn so soll’s sein.
Dopo molti anni di sperimentazione e preparazione, è fi nalmente arrivata nel 2020. Oltre ai
vini, il cantiniere Gerhard fornisce la prossima sorpresa nella cantina Moser: la birra prodotta
artigianalmente Mendelbier. Naturalmente torbida e non fi ltrata, viene spillata fresca dal tank
e conserva così il suo gusto pieno e inconfondibile. Birra onesta e vino nobile - perché è così che
dovrebbe essere.
After many years of testing and preparation, the time has fi nally come since 2020. In addition
to the wines, cellar master Gerhard provides the next surprise in the cellar of the winery Moser:
the craft-brewed Mendelbier. Naturally cloudy and unfi ltered, it is tapped fresh from tank and
thus retains its full, unmistakable fl avour. Honest beer & noble wine - because that‘s how it
should be.
