Polyester hat sich als ein ausgezeichnetes Material für
die Herstellung qualitativ hochwertiger JAB ANSTOETZ
Teppiche bewährt.
Die Garne für unsere NEW LIFE mono Teppichqualitäten
werden aus spinndüsengefärbten (solution dyed) Fasern
hergestellt und sind ausgesprochen weich und angenehm
im Griff, dabei strapazierfähig und langlebig.
Aus ökologischer Perspektive überzeugt die
hundertprozentige Kreislauffähigkeit dieses vielseitigen
Materials.
Polyester has proven to be an excellent material for the
production of high-quality JAB ANSTOETZ carpets.
The yarns for our NEW LIFE mono carpet qualities are
made from solution dyed fibres and are extremely soft and
pleasant to the touch, yet hard-wearing and durable.
From an ecological point of view, the one hundred percent
recyclability of this versatile material is convincing.
Our qualities COCOON and MASK are tested for harmful
substances and are safe for allergy sufferers.

Die Qualitäten aus unserer NEW LIFE mono Kollektion
erfüllen alle Voraussetzungen, damit aus ihnen am
Ende des Life-Cycles neue Produkte entstehen können.
Polmaterial, Tuftgewebe, Rücken und Einfassungen
sind vollständig aus Polyester gefertigt und fließen
ohne aufwendige Materialtrennung direkt in den
Recyclingprozess ein.
Dabei wird das Polyester in seine elementaren
Bestandteile zurückgeführt und kann in einem endlosen
Materialkreislauf immer wieder vollständig recycelt
werden.
Übrigens: Bei der Herstellung von Fasern aus recyceltem
Material wird im Vergleich zur Erstproduktion rund 60 %
weniger Energie verbraucht. Damit belegt Polyester einen
Spitzenplatz im Vergleich der ökologischen Gesamtbilanz.
Infinitely good – always recyclable
The qualities from our NEW LIFE mono collection meet all
the requirements for being turned into new products at the
end of their life cycle. Pile material, tuft fabric, backings
and borders are made entirely from polyester and flow
directly into the recycling process without extensive
material separation.
In this process, the polyester is returned to its elementary
components and can be completely recycled again and
again in an endless material cycle.
By the way: the production of fibres from recycled material
consumes around 60 % less energy than the initial
production. This puts polyester in a top position when
compared to the overall ecological balance.

Abgepasste Teppiche
Made-to-measure carpets
Unsere abgepassten Teppiche werden individuell nach
Wunschmaß in unserer Teppich-Manufaktur gefertigt.
Dabei stehen die Einfassvarianten Paspel und Cover zur
Verfügung.
Garn, Fasern, Rücken, Einfassung –
aus einem Material
Das textile Paspelband, das Nähgarn sowie die
Teppichunterlage aus Filz bestehen wie alle Komponenten
des Teppichs aus Polyester und fließen damit
rückstandslos in den Recyclingkreislauf. Dies gilt übrigens
auch für alle Abfälle, die in der Produktion abgepasster
NEW LIFE mono Teppiche anfallen.
Die Recyclingfähigkeit unserer abgepassten
NEW LIFE mono Teppiche wird durch das Rückenetikett
belegt und ermöglicht so die Rückführung in das
Kreislaufsystem.
Our made-to-measure carpets are individually
manufactured in our carpet manufactory in the size as per
your request. The border variants edging and Cover are
available.
Yarn, fibres, backing, edging –
from one material
The textile edging tape, the yarn and the felt carpet
underlay are made from polyester, like all components
of the carpet, and thus flow into the recycling loop
without leaving any residue. This also applies to all waste
produced during the production of made-to-measure
NEW LIFE mono carpets.
The recyclability of our NEW LIFE mono carpets is
documented by the label on the back, enabling them to
be returned to the recycling system.

Alles klar für das Recycling –
die Materialkennzeichnung
Am Ende des Lebenszyklus Ihres Teppichbodens muss die
Recyclingfähigkeit zweifelsfrei bestimmt werden können.
Einen eindeutigen Hinweis auf das verwendete
Material gibt die Kennzeichnung auf der Rückseite des
NEW LIFE mono Teppichbodens.
Damit die Teppichböden problemlos in den
Materialkreislauf zurückgeführt werden können, muss bei
der Installation ein Kleber verwendet werden, der keine
Spuren auf der Rückseite hinterlässt.
All clear for recycling – the labelling
of the material
At the end of your carpet’s life cycle, it must be possible to
determine its recyclability beyond doubt.
A clear indication of the material used is provided by the
label on the back of the NEW LIFE mono carpet.
To ensure that the wall-to-wall carpets can be returned to
the material cycle without any problems, a glue must
be used for installation that does not leave any traces on
the back.
