In our kitchen, regional diversity is
combined with creative culinary art: look
forward to delicacies such as North Sea
sole, Bederkesa smoked eel soup or saddle
of venison from local forests. With great
attention to detail, we create dishes that
combine tradition and modernity in an
enjoyable way.

course menu or choose our specialties

menus for you to enjoy as they are.
Alternatively, you have the option of creating
your own 4-course or 3-course menu from
the components of the menus.
For our little guests
Children up to the age of 14 can enjoy all
dishes as a children's portion at half price. We
also offer a special children's menu with tasty
and child-friendly dishes.
You can also choose from our classics,
seasonal highlights and vegetarian main
courses - these can also be part of your
individual menu. All courses in the menus
can also be ordered individually. Please note:
Only one main course can be selected per
menu.
