Wie sehen Sie die Zukunft des Reitsports?
,,Die Zukunft des Reitsports hängt stark davon ab,
wie wir Tradition und Innovation miteinander verbinden.
Wir sehen einen Trend zu mehr Bewusstsein
für Nachhaltigkeit, Tierwohl und Gemeinschaft.
Der Reitsport wird sich weiterentwickeln, wobei die
Balance zwischen Spitzenleistung und fairer, pferdegerechter
Haltung entscheidend bleibt. Auch
die Digitalisierung wird eine größere Rolle spielen,
etwa durch smarte Trainingshilfen und vernetzte
Produkte."
What is your vision for the future of equestrian
sports?
"The future of equestrian sports will be shaped by
a successf u/ combination of tradition and innovation.
Sustainability, animal we/fare, and community
are becoming increasing/y important. The focus
is on balancing top performance with fair, horsefriend/y
practices. Digitalization will also p/ay a
/arger ro/e, such as through smart training too/s and
connected products."
Was für eine Rolle spielt die kommende Generation
für Equest?
,,Die kommenden Generationen ist für uns essenziell,
da sie die Werte und Prioritäten der Zukunft
prägt. Junge Reiterinnen und Reiter setzen verstärkt
auf Nachhaltigkeit, Individualität und Qualität
- alles Punkte, die wir bei EQuest mit unseren
Produkten und unserer Firmenphilosophie umsetzen.
Wir sehen in ihnen nicht nur die Konsumenten
von morgen, sondern auch Impulsgeber, die die
Richtung des Reitsports beeinflussen."
What rote does the next generation play for

"The next generation is crucial as it defines the
values and trends of tomorrow. Young riders
prioritize sustainability, individuality, and quality -
all core aspects of Equest's philosophy. For us, they
are not just consumers but also trendsetters
who actively shape the future of equestrian
sports."
Welche Maßnahmen setzt Equest konkret um, um
eine nachhaltige Zukunft des Reitsports zu gewährleisten?
,,Nachhaltigkeit ist ein zentraler Bestandteil unserer
Strategie. Wir produzieren selbst in unserem
Werk in Horstmar-Leer und setzen dabei auf kurze
Lieferketten, um Transportwege und die damit
verbundenen Emissionen zu minimieren. Darüber
hinaus achten wir verstärkt auf recycelbare und
umweltfreundliche Materialien, optimieren unsere
Produktionsprozesse hinsichtlich Energieeffizienz
und entwickeln langlebige, zeitlose Designs."
What measures is Equest implementing to ensure a
sustainable future for equestrian sports?
"Sustainability is a central component of our strategy.
We produce our products ourse/ves at our
plant in Horstmar-Leer and focus on short supp/y
chains in order to minimize transport routes and the
associated emissions. We are also paying more attention
to recyclable and environmentally friendly
materials, optimizing our production processes in
terms of energy efficiency and developing durable,
timeless designs."

„Unsere individuell gestaltbaren Produkte wie

customizable products such as saddle pads and
blankets are particularly popular. All our customers
appreciate the opportunity to design colors, patterns
and personal embroidery according to their
wishes. We introduced our online configurator this
year to match this. Our long-standing and loyal
customers in particular appreciate this service
and this option encourages creativity among the
young target group. What's more, you can put
together your own individual outfit piece by piece.
Wie unterstützt Equest junge Reiterinnen und Reiter?
„Unser Ziel ist es, die zukünftigen Generationen von

equestrian spart and the training of young riders.
We not only want to provide functional and durable
products, but also promote awareness of
quality, sustainability and digitalization."
Welche Botschaft möchten Sie jungen Reitern mit
auf den Weg geben?
,,Setzt auf Qualität und Neugier, achtet und respektiert
den Sport und seine Vielfalt - nicht nur bei
der Beziehung zu euren Pferden, sondern auch im
Umgang mit Produkten, die ihr verwendet. Überlegt
bewusst was wirklich wichtig ist. Jeder von uns
kann sich einbringen und erinnert sich an tolle und
schöne Momente die man im Umgang mit Pferden
erlebt hat. Diesen positiven Moment sollten wir
immer in uns tragen.
What message would you like to give to young
riders?
"Focus on quality and curiosity, pay attention to
and respect the spart and its diversity - not only in
your relationship with your horses, but also in the
products you use. Consciously consider what is
really important. Each of us can contribute and
remember great and beautiful moments that
we have experienced in dealing with horses. We
should always carry these positive moments with us. "
