Beschreibung:
Die Werke entstanden 2020 und 2021 von ARTHENA MAXX, wobei die Bausteine, einerseits die
Ideengeber für diverse Outdoorgemälde 2022 in BÄRNBACH / LIPIZZANERHEIMAT / AUSTRIA der
Initiative BÄRN-ART sind.
Die Werke symbolisieren den Wandel der Wertigkeit in der Gesellschaft der Distanzierung des
Kapitalismus zum Wahrnehmen und Achtsamkeit der Symbiose MENSCH-NATUR-
BEZIEHUNG.
ARTHENA MAXX aufgrund ihrer sensitiven Art kann sich Veränderung innerlich nie
verschließen und bringt die Empfindungen dazu symbolisch, abstrakt zum Ausdruck.
Alle Gemälde wurden als Linoldruck von ARTHENA MAXX geschnitzt, Drucke produziert und
bearbeitet mit Acryl und mit Blattgold veredelt , sowie in Passepartouts gerahmt.
Die Werke wurden von MMag. Neil AZZAM katalogisiert und bewertet. Alle Werke sind ein Mix
aus verschiedenen Materialien , sowie Druck - und Maltechnik .
Das Kunstwerk „RELATION IN PEACE colour“ und „RELATION IN PEACE black“ steht
symbolisch für die Wichtigkeit der zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen, so dass der Betrachter
als Umarmender oder als der Umarmter sehen kann von ARTHENA MAXX, in der friedfertigen
Lebendigkeit einer schwierigen Zeit.
Das Kunstwerk „DISTANCE KISS Black-Red“ “ steht symbolisch für die Entfremdung der
zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen, durch Corona geprägt sowie der stark veränderten Zeit.
Dennoch siegt die Liebe in den Augen von ARTHENA MAXX, über eine distanzierte schwierige
Zeit.
Das Kunstwerk „WATER is LIFE DarkBlue“, „WATER is LIFE Blue“, „WATER is LIFE Red“
steht symbolisch für die Bedeutung von reinem Wasser aber auch das einzelne tropfen zu einem
reißenden Fluss, Überschwemmung und unendlichen Gefahr werden können , bzw. gerade 2021
geworden sind.
Das Kunstwerk „SPIRIT of LIFE colour“, „SPIRIT of LIFE yellow - black“, „SPIRIT of LIFE
Blue –Red, „SPIRIT of LIFE green-gold, „SPIRIT of LIFE blue-silver steht symbolisch für das
Hinsehen jedes Einzeln und in der Gemeinschaft, ob groß oder klein und es anzusprechen,
auszusprechen und zu klären, um die Chance der Weiterentwicklung zu initiieren. Die schwarzen
Linien, Art Wimpern zeigen die Vergangenheit, welche man hinter sich lassen sollte und positiv
nach vorne zu streben und zu leben im Flow der Einigkeit.
Das Kunstwerk „WAKE up 2 NO“ RED-BLACK, „WAKE up 2 NO“ RED-BLUE, „WAKE up 2
NO“ RED steht symbolisch für die Unendlichkeit des Lebens und jeder Einzelne und in der
Gemeinschaft mit bedachter Zivilcourage für das Richtige auch einzustehen und auch Nein zu
sagen.

Description:
The works were created in 2020 and 2021 by ARTHENA MAXX, whereby the building blocks are, on the one
hand, the ideas for various outdoor paintings 2022 in BÄRNBACH / LIPIZZANERHEIMAT / AUSTRIA of the
BÄRN-ART initiative.
The works symbolize the change in value in society, the distancing of capitalism from perception and the
mindfulness of the symbiosis of HUMAN-NATURE-RELATIONSHIP.
Due to its sensitive nature, ARTHENA MAXX can never shut itself off internally and expresses the
sensations symbolically, abstractly.
All paintings were carved as linocut by ARTHENA MAXX, prints produced and processed with acrylic and
refined with gold leaf, and framed in passe-partouts.
The works were made by MMag. Neil AZZAM cataloged and rated. All works are a mix of different materials, as
well as printing and painting techniques. The work of art "RELATION IN PEACE color" and "RELATION
IN PEACE black" symbolizes the importance of interpersonal relationships, so that the viewer can see
ARTHENA MAXX as one who is hugging or embracing, in the peaceful liveliness of a difficult time.
The work of art “DISTANCE KISS Black-Red” symbolizes the alienation of interpersonal relationships,
shaped by Corona and the greatly changed times. Nevertheless, love wins in the eyes of ARTHENA MAXX,
over a distant difficult time.
The artwork "WATER is LIFE DarkBlue", "WATER is LIFE Blue", "WATER is LIFE Red"
symbolically stands for the meaning of pure water, but also that individual drops can become a raging river,
flood and infinite danger, or even straight 2021 have become.
The artwork "SPIRIT of LIFE color", "SPIRIT of LIFE yellow - black", "SPIRIT of LIFE blue - red,"
SPIRIT of LIFE green-gold, "SPIRIT of LIFE blue-silver stands symbolically for looking at each individual
item and in the community, whether large or small, and to address, express and clarify it in order to initiate the
opportunity for further development. The black lines, kind of eyelashes, show the past, which one should leave
behind and strive forward positively and live in the flow of unity.
The artwork “WAKE up 2 NO” RED-BLACK, “WAKE up 2 NO” RED-BLUE, “WAKE up 2 NO”
RED symbolizes the infinity of life and each individual and in the community with deliberate moral courage also
for the right thing to stand up and also to say no.

Inländische Käufer sind verpflichtet, den Kaufpreis sofort oder binnen acht Tagen nach Bestellung zu bezahlen.
Erfüllt ein Käufer seine Zahlungspflicht nicht, kann das Kunstobjekt neuerlich verkauft werden.
Rücktrittsbedingungen: entsprechend der gesetzlichen Rücktrittsfrist in Österreich. Rechtsbeziehungen und Verträge
unterliegen österreichischem materiellem Recht.
Die Verpackung von gekauften Kunstobjekten, insbesondere für den Transport, stellt eine freiwillige Serviceleistung dar, für
die ARTHENA MAXX/ART 4 INVESTMENT keine Haftung übernimmt. Die Versendung von Kunstobjekten erfolgt nur auf
Anweisung des Käufers. Der Käufer trägt die Kosten der Versendung und der Versicherung, er trägt auch alle Risiken. Die
Ware wird nach Einlangen der vollständigen Zahlung in Luftpolsterfolie verpackt geliefert.
Bei Verlust, Totalschaden oder Beschädigung ersetzt ARTHENA MAXX/ART 4 INVESTMENT die Wertminderung und die
Kosten der Restaurierung nicht. Die Höhe der Wertminderung wird von den Experten der Versicherung des Käufers ermittelt.
Für Schäden, die durch Naturereignisse, höhere Gewalt, Klimaschwankungen, Schädlinge und Ähnliches entstehen, sowie für
Wertminderungen, die sich als Folge längerer Lagerung ergeben, übernimmt das ARTHENA MAXX/ART 4 INVESTMENT
keine Haftung, es sei denn, es hat diese Schäden grob schuldhaft mitverursacht.
Das Eigentum an ersteigerten Kunstobjekten geht mit Bezahlung des Kaufpreises auf den Käufer über.
ARTHENA MAXX/ART 4 INVESTMENT sichert seinen Kunden absolute Verschwiegenheit bezüglich der Identität des Käufers
oder bezüglich sonstiger Umstände zu. Eine wechselseitige Nennung ist nur möglich, wenn wechselseitig Ansprüche, etwa auf
Zahlung des Kaufpreises oder dessen Minderung, geltend gemacht werden. Vom Prinzip der Verschwiegenheit wird
ARTHENA MAXX/ART 4 INVESTMENT abgehen, wenn ein Käufer ARTHENA MAXX/ART 4 INVESTMENT ausdrücklich von
dieser Verschwiegenheit entbindet.

Domestic buyers are obliged to pay the purchase price immediately or within eight days of the order. If a buyer does not meet
his or her payment obligation, the art object can be sold again. Conditions of withdrawal: according to the legal withdrawal

The packaging of purchased art objects, especially the transport, is a voluntary service, for which ARTHENA MAXX/ART 4
INVESTMENT does not assume liability. The dispatch of art objects is only carried out on the instruction of the buyer. The buyer
bears the costs of shipment and insurance, he also bears all risks. The goods will be delivered in bubble wrap after the full
payment has been received.
In case of loss, total loss, or damage, ARTHENA MAXX/ART 4 INVESTMENT will not compensate for the reduction in value
and the costs of restoration. The amount of the depreciation is determined by the experts of the buyer's insurance company.
The ARTHENA MAXX/ART 4 INVESTMENT assumes no liability for damages caused by natural phenomena, force majeure,
climatic fluctuations, varmints and similar, as well as for depreciation in value resulting from prolonged storage, unless it has
contributed to these damages through gross negligence.
The ownership of auctioned art objects is transferred to the buyer upon payment of the purchase price. ARTHENA MAXX/ART
4 INVESTMENT assures its customers absolute secrecy regarding the identity of the buyer or regarding other circumstances.
Mutual naming is only possible if mutual claims, such as for payment of the purchase price or its reduction, are asserted.
ARTHENA MAXX/ART 4 INVESTMENT will depart from the principle of secrecy if a buyer expressly releases ARTHENA
MAXX/ART 4 INVESTMENT from this agreement.
