An jedem Ort, zu jederzeit, jedermann: Tablet-Computer,
Smartphone & Co. symbolisieren Mobilität und die neue
Leichtigkeit der Kommunikation. Gerade das macht ihre
Nutzung auch für HR-Prozesse attraktiv, wie Manuel Egger,
Head of HR Solutions der Heidelberger sovanta AG, in seinem
Vortrag verdeutlichte. „Business Apps von sovanta
stehen für eine neue Generation von Anwendungen, die die
Einfachheit von Consumer Apps mit den hohen Anforderungen
an traditionelle Geschäftsanwendungen kombinieren“,
so Egger.
Wie kinderleicht die Handhabung von tablets und Co. ist, veranschaulichte
Manuel egger mit einem bild seines Sohnes: Der
nicht einmal einjährige liegt auf dem bett und hat es mit einem
Fingertipps geschafft, das iPad zu entriegeln – fasziniert von sich
selbst und seinen Fähigkeiten. eben jene leichtigkeit sei es, die
tablets, Smartphones und andere innovative kommunikationsmittel
so attraktiv machten – auch und gerade für Hr-Prozesse.
„Letztendlich geht es um die Frage: Wie kommt die richtige Information
ganz einfach an den endanwender?“, so egger. Hier sei
die erwartungshaltung – nicht nur bei jungen nutzern – enorm
gestiegen. „Das Geheimnis dahinter heißt: Apps!“ Mehr als
600.000 apps sind laut egger derzeit im app Store erhältlich,

Manuel egger used a picture of his young son to demonstrate
the childish simplicity of operating a tablet. not yet a year old,
the boy lay on a bed and managed to unlock the iPad with a
fingertip – fascinated by himself and his abilities. It is precisely
this ease of use that makes tablets, smart phones and other innovative
communications tools so attractive – also currently for
Hr processes. “it comes down to the question, how can we get
the right information to the end user easily?” egger said. in this
respect the expectations have grown enormously, and not just for
end users. “the reason is no secret: apps!” according to egger
