stellvertretend für sein Team entgegen.
thorsten Schurig, key account manager at ttS, presented this year’s wit award to
f. hoffmann-laroche. ralph Borer, head of it training Solutions, accepted the prize on
behalf of his team.
Der diesjährige WiT-Award ging an F. Hoffmann-La Roche. Mit
dem undotierten Preis zeichnete die TTS das Unternehmen
dafür aus, dass es auf besondere Weise den strukturierten
Wissenstransfer vorangetrieben hat. Die Auszeichnung wurde
im Rahmen des TTS Knowledge Transfer Forums bereits
zum vierten Mal vergeben. In den vergangenen Jahren erhielten
Conrad Electronics, E.ON und Novartis den Award.
65.000 Endanwender in zwölf Monaten
„Sie erhalten den WiT-Award dafür, dass Sie Ihre Mitarbeiter
nicht aus den augen verlieren und alles für den Wissenstransfer
in ihrem unternehmen tun“, so Schurig zu ralph borer, Head of
it training Solutions bei F. Hoffmann-la roche, der den Preis
entgegennahm. F. Hoffmann-la roche, seit dem Jahr 2000 kunde
von ttS, plante 2010 den globalen rollout von Windows 7/
Office 2010 – und zwar für 65.000 Mitarbeiter innerhalb von zwölf
Monaten. Für dieses anspruchsvolle Projekt benötigte das unternehmen
unterstützung von ttS. Die idee: Die tt knowledge
Force (ttkF) wird als employee Performance Support System
genutzt und die Endanwender können sich mit Hilfe des Quick-
access kontextsensitiv Hilfe in der anwendung holen. Flankierend
waren informationsveranstaltungen, die nutzung von
e-learning nuggets und Change-Management-Maßnahmen geplant.
This year’s WiT Award went to F. Hoffmann-La Roche. With
this prize, TTS honors the company that has driven structured
knowledge transfer in an exceptional way. The distinction
was given for the fourth time at the TTS Knowledge
Transfer Forum: previous winners were Conrad Electronics,
E.ON and Novartis.
65,000 end-users in twelve months
“You are receiving the Wit award because you don’t lose sight
of your employees and do everything for knowledge transfer in
your company.” So said torsten Schuring to ralph borer, Head
of it training Solutions at F. Hoffmann-laroche, who accepted
the prize. F. Hoffmann-la roche has been a customer of ttS
since the year 2000. in 2010, the company planned the global
rollout of Windows 7/Office 2010 – for 65,000 employees in just
12 months. For this demanding project, the company required
some support from ttS. the idea was that tt knowledge Force
would be used as an employee performance support system and
the end-users would be able to get context-sensitive help within
the application via Quick Access. This would be accompanied by
information events, the use of e-learning content nuggets and
change-management initiatives.
