Die Liegenschaftsfonds Berlin GmbH & Co.
KG als Immobilienverwertungsgesellschaft
des Landes Berlin beabsichtigt, das Areal
des ehemaligen Kasernengeländes der
US-Amerikaner im Rahmen eines inter-
nationalen Bieterverfahrens zu veräußern.
Dabei handelt es sich um ein be-
dingungsfreies Verfahren, ausschließlich
öffentlich-rechtliche Vorgaben sind für alle
potentiellen Erwerber verbindlich.
Für die interessante - ca. 3 ha große -
Immobilie im Bezirk Steglitz-Zehlendorf
wird ein Investor mit entsprechender
Bonität gesucht, der bereit ist, zeitnah zur
Beurkundung einen marktgerechten Kauf-
preis zu zahlen und die Immobilie „wie sie
steht und liegt“ zu übernehmen.

Der LFB ist der vom Land Berlin ein-
gesetzte Treuhänder ausgewiesener landes-
eigner Immobilien. Ansprechpartnerin für
dieses Verfahren ist Frau Ines Christ-
Praikow.
Die Grundstücksvergabe erfolgt in Form
eines internationalen Bieterverfahrens. Bei
diesem Bieterverfahren handelt es sich
nicht um eine Ausschreibung nach den
Regeln des auf öffentliche Vergabeauf-
träge anwendbaren Vergaberechts. Es

in its capacity as the property trust of the
State of Berlin intends to sell the site of the
former US barracks in an international
bidding process. The bidding process is
fair and open, and provisions subject to
public law only are binding to all potential
buyers.
The promoter is looking for a creditworthy
investor that will be prepared to pay a
market price for this interesting property
on a site of approximately three hectares
in the borough of Steglitz-Zehlendorf,
make payment promptly after notarisation,
and take on the property as it stands.
