The Lady Harmsworth Blunt Memorial Trophy - <strong>All</strong> <strong>Nations</strong> <strong>Cup</strong> -<br />
To be awarded to the nation whose entries score the highest number of points according to the following scale:<br />
First place 5 points for the remaining places 1 point<br />
Second place 4 points Champions (junior, senior) 6 points<br />
Third place 3 points Res. Champions (junior, senior) 5 points<br />
Fourth place 2 points<br />
Only the best result of every class for each participating nation will be noted.<br />
To determine the winning nation and the following positions the best five results for the classes plus the results from the championships of<br />
each country qualify.<br />
<strong>All</strong> <strong>Nations</strong> <strong>Cup</strong> - Breeders' Trophy - The Major Ian Hedley Memorial Trophy<br />
This is a perpetual trophy donated by The Hon. Mrs. Mary Ann Wragg and Mrs. Annette Hedley, created in cooperation with the very well<br />
known artist Mrs. Karen Kasper, USA.<br />
The Hon. Mrs.Wragg and Mrs. Hedley had the idea to honour not only the owners, but expecially the breeders of the most successful horses.<br />
They would like to see recognition given to the country, which has bred most prizewinners each year on the occasion of the <strong>Nations</strong> <strong>Cup</strong><br />
show. Points will be awarded to the horses as in the <strong>Nations</strong> <strong>Cup</strong> competition (see above scale) but will be given to the country of origin (registration<br />
at birth).<br />
Conditions of entry<br />
<strong>All</strong> Purebred Arabians, who are in possession of an equine-passport are entitled to participate. Further they have to be registered in one of<br />
the WAHO accepted studbooks at the closing date of entries. Horses born outside Europe, but imported into Europe before 1 st January 2006<br />
are regarded as "European horses" and must qualify in an ECAHO affiliated show.<br />
Qualifications of entry<br />
Open to horses registered in any WAHO recognized studbook by the closing date of entries. Qualification – horses are eligible that have<br />
qualified at an ECAHO affiliated show in one of the following ways:<br />
a 1st to 5th place in an A or B show or<br />
a 1st to 5th place in a National Championship Show or<br />
a 1st to 3rd place in a C-Show.<br />
Horses born outside ECAHO Member Countries, but imported into an ECAHO Member Country before 1st January of the year in<br />
which the show takes place must qualify in an ECAHO affiliated show.<br />
Qualification at US shows:<br />
a title of Champion or Reserve Champion or “TOP TEN” at the US Nationals or<br />
a 1 st to 5 th place at the Scottsdale Competitions or<br />
a 1 st to 3 rd place in all “Regional” competitions.<br />
Qualification for the rest of the World:<br />
a 1st to 5th place in an official National Championship show an official International Competition.<br />
Proof of qualification must be enclosed with the entry form and will be checked by the EAHSC.<br />
Prelimnary Classes<br />
1) fillies, yearlings (born 2006) 7) mares, 4 - 6 years old (born 2003-2001)<br />
2) colts, yearlings (born 2006) 8) mares, 7 – 10 years old (born 2000-1997)<br />
3) fillies, 2 years old (born 2005) 9) mares, 11 years and older (born 1996 and before)<br />
4) colts, 2 years old (born 2005) 10) stallions, 4 – 6 years old (born 2003-2001)<br />
5) fillies, 3 years old (born 2004) 11) stallions, 7 – 10 years old (born 2000-1997)<br />
6) colts, 3 years old (born 2004) 12) stallions, 11 years and older (born 1996 and before)<br />
The age group will be fixed according to the 1 st January of the year of birth.<br />
