Code (ITOCC) provides the cornerstone for all

Annual Benchmarking Service
Our corporate occupier service providing an
annual assessment of property performance
set against relevant peer or sector groups.
Users have access to a range of strategic and
operational level benchmarks and metrics.
UK Government Property Benchmarking
Service
This is a long-term contract with the UK Office
of Government Commerce to facilitate
property benchmarking across the central
government estate. We work with departments
to collect a comprehensive range of
quantitative and qualitative data to help drive
greater efficiency and effectiveness across the
estate.
UK Higher Education Estate Management
Statistics (EMS)
Funded centrally by the UK’s Higher
Education Funding Councils the EMS initiative
provides all 163 UK university estates with
cost and efficiency metrics through a
transparent, interactive reporting tool –
allowing managers to compare performance
on an open book and individual basis. We
also operate bespoke services for individual

UK Further Education: eMandate
A real estate information resource and
management tool to assist 450 property
managers across all UK Further Education
Colleges through a web-based reporting

Facilities and Asset Management Forums
We run focussed discussion groups to draw

from professionals across the private and
