315-445-2360 | www.jccsyr.org After School & Childrens Programs Kindergarten – Seventh Grade VACATION camps The JCC’s vacation camps offer safe and engaging programming for school-age children during regularly scheduled school breaks. We make it easy and convenient for your child to enjoy fun and creative indoor/outdoor activities such as sports, games, arts and crafts, field trips and more. The camp day runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with early/late care available to extend each day from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Half-day options are also available most days. Fullday campers are asked to bring a nonmeat lunch. An afternoon snack will be provided. Vacation camps require separate registration and the cost is not included in the monthly After School Program rates. 2017-2018 VACATION CAMPS Registration flyers will be sent home with all regular After School Program participants a few weeks prior to each vacation camp. Our activities vary greatly and we keep things exciting and fun for our vaca-campers. Times 9 am – 4 pm Early/Late Care* 7 am – 6 pm Prices Full Day $45 members, $55 non-mem. Half Day $30 members; $35 non-mem. Early/Late Care* $2 members; $3 non-mem. *Free for After School Program participants enrolled at least one day/week Columbus Day ............. Monday, 1/15/18 February Break. .................2/19–23 Spring/Passover Break. ...........4/23–27 CAMP care for other days off from school If you need care for your grade K-7 child during other incidental days off from school such as district-wide superintendent days, conference days, half-days and even unexpected snow days, we’ve got you covered. The JCC offers camp care on these days with the same types of cool activities as our school break vacation camps. These camp days run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with early/late care available to extend each day from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. We’re here when you need us Even if you’re not a JCC After School Program participant, you may bring your school-age child to the JCC on these incidental days off from school. Please call ahead for the forms and details. We serve the Syracuse City School District (select schools), Jamesville-DeWitt, Fayetteville- Manlius and area private schools. If your child attends school in these districts or has a school closure that coincides with one of these public school districts, you may take advantage of these days. For our After School Program participants... Regularly scheduled After School Program participants have the added bonus of lowcost child care—only $10 per child—for camp care during these incidental days off from school. Plus, early/late care is free on these days. Questions? Call us at 315-445-2360. TASTY FUNDRAISER Get your kosher challah here every Friday! It’s quick and convenient to get your challah at the end of each work week. Challah is available for sale on Fridays in the JCC’s main lobby and Early Childhood Program. All proceeds benefit the JCC’s Children’s Department. Pre-order your challah by downloading our order form at www.jccsyr.org or pick one up at the main office. The JCC of Syracuse offers a variety of flexible membership options to anyone in the community. Members enjoy use of the center, the outdoor heated pool, access to the fitness facilities and program exclusives and discounts. Specific benefits vary depending on whether you join as a Full- Facility (Fitness) or Non-Fitness member. Please see the chart at right for details. You do not have to be Jewish to become a member of the JCC of Syracuse. Your JCC membership is a one-year commitment Benefits and automatically renews each year unless cancellation notice is given in writing. Annual membership is non-refundable and payment is due in full upon joining. Or, for Sports & Fitness Center your convenience, monthly payment plans are available including automatic payments from your credit or debit card. Enroll today by completing pages 18–19.
