The popular husband and wife duo have appeared throughout Chicagoland over the years and recently re-released their 25th anniversary edition “Opening Night” Andrew Lloyd Webber selection album via CDs, downloads and streams. Looking back, the album’s success was enhanced due to their many appearances with The Franz Benteler Royal Strings Orchestra, but did you know that this couple has been hosting travel tours for almost 25 years, as well? Yes, motorcoach travel trips to destinations near and far. With each trip, their “family” of followers continues to grow. They adopted the name of St. Christopher Tours invoking the blessing of the patron saint of travelers. Did you have a St. Christopher statue or medallion on your dashboard? Their motto is, “Like Family, we visit authentic America.” Instead though, of piling into your family vehicle you board a deluxe motorcoach for a one or multi-day excursion to a fabulous destination. Phil and Amy trips are so well planned for your absolute comfort and enjoyment that it is like being a kid again, when mom and dad took care of all the details and you, carefree, just went along for the fun. Call and inquire on traveling with them to Yellowstone, Mackinac Island, Frankenmuth, MI, or Cape Cod to name a few. Also, see a more detailed view of their upcoming performances and shows, theatre and single/multiday tours on their website or call (708) 687-3302. Welcome to the “family.” Submitted by Phil & Amy, 5348 Forest Trail in Oak Forest. For more information, visit www.philnamy or call (708) 687- 3302.
