Music Theater Works summer workshop builds confidence on
stage, all students guaranteed parts during summer camps
For the past 17 summers, children
from 8 to 13 have learned
about musical theater firsthand
at Music Theater Works in Wilmette.

manager Bridget McDonough,
when asked about her favorite
memories of the company’s
summer workshop programs.

Five separate one-week workshops
will be offered this summer,
based on popular musicals.
Each workshop is Monday
through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
3:30 p.m. at the Music Theater
Works rehearsal center, 516 4th
Street in Wilmette. On Saturday,
students gather for a final dress
rehearsal at 1:00 p.m. and offer a
free public performance for family
and friends at 4:00 p.m.
