eco Valve Baureihe DMV mit Energiesparspulen<br />
<strong>DUNGS</strong> erweitert die bewährten Doppelmagnetventile DMV/11 um die<br />
neue ecoValve Baureihe. Kompakte Flanschb<strong>auf</strong>orm durch Integration von<br />
2 Sicherheitsabsperrventilen nach EN 161, Klasse A in einem Gehäuse mit<br />
gleichzeitig hoher Durchflussleistung. Der max. Betriebsdruck ist 500 mbar, die<br />
Schutzart IP 54. Bei der neuen ecoValve-Baureihe wurde jetzt die traditionelle<br />
Beschaltung des Ventils durch eine optimierte elektrische Power-Beschaltung<br />
ersetzt. Gemeinsam mit optimierten Magnetspulen wird so eine Reduzierung<br />
der Leistungs<strong>auf</strong>nahme<br />
um über 50 % erreicht.<br />

DMV ecoValve series with energy-saving coils<br />
<strong>DUNGS</strong> is expanding <strong>the</strong>ir established DMV/11 double solenoid valves<br />
with <strong>the</strong> new ecoValve series. A compact flange design by integrating 2<br />
safety shut-off valves according <strong>to</strong> EN 161, Class A, in a housing of simultaneously<br />
high flow rate. Its max. operating pressure is 500 mbar, its<br />
protection class is IP 54. In <strong>the</strong> new ecoValve series, <strong>the</strong> traditional wiring<br />
of <strong>the</strong> valve has been replaced with an optimised electrical power circuit.<br />
In conjunction with optimised magnetic coils, this gives a reduction of <strong>the</strong><br />
power consumption of more than 50 %. The holding power of a valve with a<br />
nominal diameter of DN 80 is now approx. 25 W compared with <strong>the</strong> existing<br />
DMV/11 series of 110 W. This is a saving of more than 70 % in operation.<br />

Wie findet man eine Datei?<br />
1. Öffnen Sie die Excel-Datei „01_3D_<br />
Selection_Table.xls“. Dort finden<br />
Sie die Übersicht aller Geräte/Teile.<br />
2. Wählen Sie eine Produktgruppe,<br />
öffnen Sie das entsprechende Arbeitsblatt.<br />
Die Übersicht zeigt ihnen<br />
alle verfügbaren Geräte/Teile der<br />
Produktgruppe.<br />
3. Wenn das gewünschte Gerät/Teil<br />
vorhanden ist, gehen Sie bitte direkt<br />
in die entsprechenden Verzeichnisse<br />
03-12 <strong>auf</strong> der DVD.<br />
4. Die Verzeichnisse selbst enthalten<br />
jeweils alle drei Formate dwf, stp, ipt.<br />
Zur Voransicht benötigen Sie einen<br />
DWF- oder Inven<strong>to</strong>r-Viewer. Die Installationsprogramme<br />
dafür befinden<br />

How <strong>to</strong> find a file?<br />
1. Open <strong>the</strong> Excel-file “01_3D_Selection_Table.xls“.<br />

2. Choose a product group, open <strong>the</strong><br />
work sheet. The overview shows you<br />
all available products/parts.<br />

4. The direc<strong>to</strong>ries itself containing at<br />
a time <strong>the</strong> three different data types<br />
dwf, stp, ipt.<br />
To preview <strong>the</strong> drawings you need a<br />
special DWF- or Inven<strong>to</strong>r viewer. You<br />
will find <strong>the</strong> needed installation programs<br />
on <strong>the</strong> DVD.
