Visit the beautiful city of Heidelberg beginning with its famous 14 th century Castle and<br />

historic buildings, after which you can enjoy a traditional lunch in the 250 year old restaurant<br />

“Zum Goldenen Schaf” (the Golden Sheep). Then you will have time to wander around<br />

the Old Town among the University buildings, also dating back to the 14 th century, steeped<br />

in history and set in glorious natural surroundings on the River Neckar, across which you<br />

can find the 18 th century Old Bridge. Heidelberg is regarded as one of the most beautiful<br />

cities in Germany<br />

Familiarise yourself with the City of Frankfurt on board the Ebbelwei-Express (Apple Wine<br />

Express) in a relaxed and traditional manner, whilst enjoying a glass of Frankfurt’s famous<br />

Apple Wine, accompanied by music and pretzels. This historic tram passes many of Frankfurt’s<br />

attractions and you will have the opportunity to visit the “Paulskirche” and the<br />

“Goethehaus”, followed by lunch on a leafy terrace at one of the famous “Sachsenhausen”<br />

taverns. After lunch there will be a visit to the “Staedel” Museum and you will be accompanied<br />

back to the hotel by your guide<br />

A trip through the wonderful valley of the River Rhine, with its spectacular landscape, which<br />

will begin with wine-tasting at the famous Sektkellerei “Henkell & Co”, after which you can<br />

enjoy a boat trip along the River Rhine to St. Goarshausen. Lunch will then be served at a<br />

restaurant located on the Loreley plateau from where you will have breathtaking views<br />

and the chance to discover the local historical development and cultural heritage<br />
