Carolyn Matthews is an IT Architect for <strong>IBM</strong> Global<br />

Technology Services in South Africa. She is an<br />

infrastructure architect for one of South Africa’s largest<br />

accounts. She also acts as a consultant, using various<br />

<strong>IBM</strong> techniques. Carolyn holds an honors degree in<br />

Information Systems <strong>and</strong> is currently pursuing her<br />

master’s degree in Information Systems. Her areas of<br />

expertise include <strong>TCP</strong>/<strong>IP</strong> networks, IT architecture, <strong>and</strong><br />

new technologies.<br />

Nicolas Rosselot is a Developer from Santiago, Chile.<br />

He has most recently been teaching an “Advanced<br />

<strong>TCP</strong>/<strong>IP</strong> Networking” class at Andres Bello University.
