Conditions Of Entry
1. All foals in Welsh pure bred & part bred classes must be eligible for Registration
with the Welsh Pony & Cob Society of New Zealand Inc.
2. No Plaiting of any foals
3. No mares allowed in the ring
4. No dogs allowed
5. The committee will not be responsible for any accident, Loss or damage that may
be caused to or inflicted by any animal, person or property.
6. The committee reserve’s the right to amalgamate any two classes if less than 4
entries in any one class.
7. The Committee reserves the right to make any alterations to the program or
postpone or cancel the show as it sees fit.
8. The responsibility for accuracy of pedigree and eligibility of the animals rest with
the exhibitor.
9. Entry Forms must be completed and personally signed by the exhibitor who will
agree to abide with the show rule
10. Entry fees must accompany entry form
11. All Foals must be born from 1 st August
STABLING AND YARD LIMITED
Limited Stabling (4 Box first in first served) are available at a cost of $15.00 per box
Covered Yards (6) are available at a cost of $15.00 per yard overnight or paddock @
$15.00
Payment to accompany entry fees. Boxes must be cleaned out after use or a fine
of $50.00 per box will be imposed.
NO BOXES OR YARD WILL BE AVAILABL UNTIL 5.00pm
ENTRY FEES:
Postal Entries $20.00 per Foal Breed Section for the day
$15.00 per Foal if 3 or more Foals Entered
Entries on the day $30.00 per Foal Breed Section for the day
Special Classes 30 to 36 $5.00 per class
Catalogue $5.00
Ground Fee $5.00 per Exhibit or (Max $15.00 per exhibitor)
