Golf Tee Printers reserves the right to distribute overruns 

or misprints through normal channels of distribution.

The Golf Ball Companies reserve the right to all orders 

being subject to runs of + or - 5%. These will be invoiced. 

In all other cases, we will ship exact quantities. 

All Orders Should Include:

Our production time of 5 working days begins with the following: EQP, refundable with order. Spec samples can be ordered. 

1.) Artwork has been received & approved by both customer Terms 

and Golf Tee Printers. 

Net 30 days from date of shipment. A monthly late payment 

2.) Credit has been approved or payment has been received. 

If payment is being made by credit card, payment must be made 

at time of order, or a 3% charge will be added to total.

3.) Orders completed after 12 PM CST will be processed the next

Artwork 

All orders received are subject to credit approval by our 

credit department and will not be processed until approved. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 

If paying by credit card, 

payment must be made at time of order. 

• Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop files are preferred. At least 300 dpi If an order is incorrect for any reason, 

resolution or higher and image size 200% of actual print size. credits can only be issued on the amount of product returned. 

• Convert all text to outlines to preserve fonts. 

• Please reference your PO # in subject line of e-mail. 

Manufacturing country 

• Include PMS (Pantone) coated spot color codes with the artfile or PO. All products except the Golf Towel, Zipper & Drawstring Bags 

• If PMS number is not supplied, colors will be matched as close as are made in the U.S.A. 

possible. 

• On process (CMYK) logos, color match is not guaranteed, however 

will be matched as closely as possible. 

• Artwork can be created, modified or restored for a nominal fee. 

• Artwork to be printed at maximum size unless otherwise instructed. 

Cancellations 

Purchase orders are considered firm, as production starts 

immediately. Orders cancelled for any reason will be liable 

for all accrued expenses by Golf Tee Printers. 

• If you would like to see a proof, please request when placing the order. Cancellation charges are assessed at a minimum of 10% and 

Production time will not begin until proof is approved and received. up to 100% of original PO amount, pending circumstances. 

U.P.S. Ground Shipping is standard. Most orders ship in 5 working days from receipt of the order, artwork & payment. On ground 

shipping, delivery time is not guaranteed. They sometimes take a day longer than scheduled. If you have a tight deadline, it may 

be wise to go with Next Day, Second Day or Third Day Select Shipping. We need a physical address, as UPS does not ship to 

P.O. Boxes. Golf Tee Printers can also split ship orders or drop ship to a location other than the one placing the order. 

Drop Shipping: First location - No Charge. Additional location: $5 each (x) 

We make every effort to meet your requested in-hand date. However, we cannot be held responsible 

if delivery is delayed by the freight carrier. All shipments are F.O.B. production facility. 

Extra UPS fees: Signature confirmation: 2.25 (x). Extra Insurance over $100 value: Will quote upon request. 

Any information given on orders that is incorrect and changed by UPS will also incur a fee. 

Please submit all shipping information you have, including suite numbers and type of location (residential or commercial). 

Please note, a business run out of a residence is considered a residential shipping address.
