Rixos Sungate charges € 53.00 daily entrance fee to the delegates who do not accommodate at Rixos Sungate Hotel <strong>and</strong> do not<br />
reserve the room through Symcon PCO <strong>for</strong> the other congress hotels mentioned below.<br />
Hotel daily entrance fee covers Rixos Sungate Hotel's all inclusive facilities between 08.00am <strong>and</strong> 06:30pm.<br />

Please note that registration & hotel booking can only be accepted <strong>and</strong> confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration <strong>for</strong>m<br />
(faxed or filled online via website www.eurotrauma2009.org) <strong>and</strong> receipt of full payment. As soon as the Organising Secretariat has<br />
received your payment, a letter of confirmation will be sent. Confirmations will be e-mailed if a valid e-mail address is provided<br />
on the registration <strong>for</strong>m. Otherwise, confirmations will be faxed or l<strong>and</strong>-mailed.<br />
CANCELLATION POLICY<br />
• Notification of all cancellations must be received in writing on or be<strong>for</strong>e the 20th of March 2009.<br />
• Cancellations until 20th of March 2009 will be fully refunded less the bank remittance expenses.<br />
• Cancellations after 20th of March 2009 will not be refunded.<br />
• All refunds will be reimbursed after the congress.<br />
