• This product should be charged for more than 12 hours for the first three times.<br />
• Charge the device in the following situations:<br />
A. The battery icon shows that the battery level is low.<br />
B. The system switches off automatically and shortly after restarting switches off again.<br />
(The system switches off automatically when the battery is low)<br />
C. The device does not respond to your taps.<br />
Important: Please use this device with the supplied adaptor. Do not use any other charger<br />
as it could damage the device.<br />
• Do not expose the device to high temperatures. Do not use it in a humid or dusty<br />
environment. Avoid leaving your navigation device in a closed vehicle, especially in<br />
summer.<br />
• Protect the product from falling and knocks as the screen could be damaged.<br />
• When using headphones, choose the appropriate volume level that is not too high. If<br />
you experience ringing in the ears, decrease the volume or stop using the product.<br />
• Please, do not disconnect the device abruptly when formatting, downloading or<br />
uploading is in progress. This may cause errors in the program.<br />
• When the device shuts down inadequately, after restarting it will scan and repair the<br />
disc. This process may take a while.<br />
• The company will not be held responsible for any loss of data caused by misuse of the<br />
device.<br />
• Do not use this product in locations where the use of electronic devices is prohibited, for<br />
example in planes.<br />
• Please, do not use this device when driving or walking. This could cause an accident.<br />
• The USB cable may be used for data transmission and for charging the device.<br />
• This device is not water-resistant.<br />

- The touch screen will let you drag items, swipe across it, etc. Do not use pens, pencils or<br />
any other sharp objects to navigate the screen. This way you will avoid scratches.<br />

- The black area on the back of the tablet is MID antenna. Please, do not cover it with<br />
metallic objects to avoid weak signal.<br />

This User Guide shows you the main features of this product which will help you to take<br />

Micro SD card<br />
When you are going to use a Micro SD card, please follow the instructions in order to<br />
insert it correctly.<br />
To remove the card, press it with your finger and it will be automatically ejected.<br />
Navlet 2 / Navlet 2 Truck<br />
Important<br />
- Do not insert objects in the card slot. To prevent possible damage of the card caused by<br />
dust and humidity, always keep the card in its original packaging or case.<br />
- To remove a Micro SD card with the device on, go to “System settings” – “Storage” and<br />
tap “Disable SD card”. Tap “OK”.<br />
Charging<br />
It is important to charge the device properly in order to prolong the lifetime of the battery.<br />
The device should be charged for more than 12 hours for the first three times.<br />
To charge the battery, follow these steps:<br />
1. Use the adaptor or cable (depending on the model) that comes with your device.<br />
Using a different adaptor could cause damage.<br />
2. Do not charge the product in a humid environment. When charging the battery, try<br />
to provide good air circulation.<br />
3. Do not cover the device with paper or any other object that could impede the right<br />
cooling.<br />

First steps<br />
Switching on the device<br />
Switching on<br />
To switch on the navigation device, press and hold the On/Off button. On the screen you<br />
will see the animation and the start-up screen. Later, the desktop will appear as shown<br />
below.<br />
Switching off<br />
Press and hold the On/Off button. You will be asked to select one of the options. Tap Shut<br />
down. Next, the device will enter in sleep mode and shut down.<br />
Important: When the battery level is low, the device will shut down automatically.<br />
Power save mode<br />
If the Navlet 2 screen stays inactive for some time, the device will enter lock mode in order<br />
to save energy. Nevertheless, the programs will continue working even though they will<br />
not appear on the screen. To resume activity, press the On/Off button and the device will<br />
return to its normal state.<br />
To change the volume of Navlet 2, use the buttons at the bottom of the screen<br />

Desktop<br />
You can swipe across the screen left or right. You have five desktop spaces where you can<br />
put different apps or icons.<br />

Managing shortcuts<br />
For ease of use, you can add or delete from the desktop the most used apps shortcuts.<br />
Tap and hold an icon from the Apps menu, drag it and it will show up on the Desktop. It<br />
will be added to the desktop.<br />
You can move any shortcut and personalize your desktop.<br />
To delete a shortcut from the desktop, you just have to tap and hold the icon and drag it to<br />
the Bin (X). When you drop it, it will be eliminated.<br />
Menu<br />
Tap the “Menu” button at the bottom of the screen (next to the volume control) and “Menu<br />
window” will show up.<br />
A list of options will appear:<br />
• Wallpaper<br />
• Manage apps<br />
• System Settings<br />
By taping anywhere on the screen, the “Menu” will disappear.<br />
Apps menu<br />
Tap the “Apps menu“ icon at the top right corner of the screen. All the apps and widgets<br />
on your device will appear.<br />
Slide left and right over the screen to check your installed apps and widgets. To go back<br />
to the Desktop, use the button “Go Back” or “Home” situated at the bottom of the screen.<br />
You can also go to the desktop by pressing the button “Go to the Desktop”, situated on the<br />
right of the screen.<br />
Reset<br />
If you experience any problems with your device, you can easily reset it using the Reset<br />
button. Use a paper clip or a similar object and press it. The device will reset automatically.<br />
Network connections<br />
This device can connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi. Follow these instructions:<br />
• Press the “Menu” button, next tap “System settings”. In “Wireless and networks”<br />
enable or disable Wi-Fi.<br />
• You can search for Wi-Fi that are within your reach by tapping “Scan” or you can add<br />
one manually by selecting “Add network”.<br />
• When the connection menu opens, it will scan and automatically add all the nearby<br />
networks that you can access. Select the connection that you want and type the<br />
password. Use the keyboard displayed on the screen. Next, tap “Connect”. If the<br />
connection was successful, the connection icon will appear on the status bar.<br />
FM transmitter<br />
This function allows you to transmit the audio produced by your device over an unused FM<br />
frequency to your car’s FM radio. You can listen to any type of audio from the device, even<br />
your route indications, through your vehicle’s audio system without any need of connecting<br />
other additional devices. If your navlet has no sound, do the following:<br />
• Check if the open FM option is activated. In order to do that, tap the FMT icon<br />
situated in the Apps menu. Check if the “Open FM” option is deactivated. If it is<br />
activated, you just have to tap the case to deactivate it.<br />

Zippers<br />
When you switch on your Navlet 2 you will be asked to select one of the two different view<br />
styles, which will let you manage your device functions and applications.<br />
Choose the one that you like the most:<br />
• Vista Zippers: Original zippers that will help you discover the most incredible<br />
features.<br />
• Android View<br />
When you switch on your Navlet 2 you will always have a possibility to choose one of<br />
the view styles. If you do not want this message to appear, please check “Don’t ask<br />
again”. Nevertheless, you may use the Zipper View whenever you want by clicking the<br />
corresponding icon on your Desktop and in Apps.<br />
Zipper View<br />
By using this original view, you can easily access all the most important functions/<br />
applications on your Navlet 2. To access its contents, you simply have to “unzip it”. To<br />
move between them, swipe your finger left or right over the screen to access all the six<br />
zippers.<br />

Navigation<br />
Access your Navlet 2 GPS navigation system. Advanced navigation will help you get to<br />
your destination without getting lost. Speed camera updates are available for free and for<br />
life on www.vexia.es (For more information about GPS Navigation, see the corresponding<br />
section of this user guide).<br />
Multimedia<br />
By unzipping it you can access:<br />
Camera: Take photos, panoramic photos or record video. You can also make videocalls.<br />
Photos and videos: Watch videos and listen to the audio files stored on your device.<br />
Music: Listen to the audio files stored on your device.<br />
To go back, tap the arrow at the bottom left of the screen.<br />

Internet<br />
By unzipping it you can access:<br />
Internet: Remember that tin order to browse websites you have to be connected to a<br />
wireless network.<br />
Mail: You can check your e-mail accounts like Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. (previous configuration).<br />
Remember that in order to download Android applications from Google Play you have to have<br />
or create a Gmail account.<br />
Speed cameras and maps update: Thanks to OneClickUpdate you can easily update<br />
your maps and speed cameras database.<br />
To go back, tap the arrow at the bottom left of the screen.<br />
Configuration<br />
By unzipping this option you can access your Navlet 2 main settings:<br />
• Advanced settings: Edit Android preferences to suit your needs.<br />
• Wi-Fi: Enable/Disable<br />
• Wi-Fi Settings: Searching for wireless networks and configuration.<br />
• Brightness: Reduce or increase the brightness.<br />
• View: Choose from: Zippers, Android View or Prompt at Startup.<br />
To go back, tap Back to Zipper View (the arrow at the bottom left of the screen).<br />

Android 4.0<br />
Android 4.0, the latest version of the operating system, offers a lot of new features and an<br />
attractive design. We will show you the most interesting and representative innovations of<br />
Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS).<br />
First steps<br />
One of the most interesting features of Android 4.0 are the five Desktop spaces.<br />
Moreover, at the top right of the Home screen you will find a shortcut to Apps and Widgets<br />
Menu. Other remarkable feature of the ICS operating system is its integrated design.<br />
At the bottom of your Navlet 2 screen you will find «Back», «Home» and «Recent apps»<br />
buttons (in previous versions, these buttons were situated at the top of the screen).<br />

• Security: To lock the screen and manage the passwords.<br />
Language and input: You can change the language, keyboard… You can also activate<br />
voice search (if you choose this option, it will activate automatically and an icon with a<br />
form of a microphone will appear at the top left of the screen). By default, this option is<br />
activated.<br />
• Backup:<br />
1. Back up my data: Keep your Navlet 2 safe by<br />
periodically running a back up.<br />
2. Personal data: Factory data reset.<br />
3. System Upgrade: Recovery mode.<br />
System<br />
• Date and time: Make the necessary adjustments.<br />
• Accessibility: Make the adjustments that you like: large text, auto-rotate screen,<br />
speak passwords, etc.<br />
• Developer options<br />
• About tablet: Get to know the status of the battery or network, the operating<br />
system version, the model, etc.<br />
Remember…<br />
How to connect my Navlet 2 to the computer<br />
Use the USB cable supplied with your <strong>Vexia</strong> Navlet to connect it to the<br />
computer. The USB connection icon will appear at the bottom right of the<br />
screen. Tap the “Clock” icon and then tap “USB Connection”. If you want to<br />
copy files between the computer and your device, tap “Enable USB storage”.<br />
The Android icon will turn orange and a window indicating the navlet storage<br />
drive will appear on the computer: “Removable disk xx”. Indicate what you<br />
want to do: transfer images, open folder, etc.<br />
If your computer does not recognize the device, please contact the Technical<br />
Service.<br />
What is Google Play?<br />
Google Play (before Android Market) is an on-line software store for Android<br />
devices. It’s a pre-installed app that allows you to search for and download<br />
free and paid apps. Remember that in order to access Google Play you have to<br />
be connected to Internet and have a Gmail account.<br />
Nalvet 2 camera<br />
You can use Navlet 2 camera to take photos, also panoramic photos, and record videos. Touch the<br />
camera icon. This camera is designed to take forward-facing pictures and to make videocalls.<br />

Photos<br />
• Make sure that your device is in camera mode (there will be<br />
the camera icon on the screen).<br />
• Select the focus point.<br />
• To take the picture, tap the blue button.<br />
• The picture will be automatically saved.<br />
Video<br />
Make sure that your device is in video mode (there will be the video icon on the<br />
screen). To start recording, tap the red button. While you are recording, a red<br />
circle inside a white box will appear. To stop recording, touch again the red button.<br />
The video will be automatically saved.<br />
Panoramic photo<br />
Make sure that your device is in panorama mode (there will be the panorama icon on the screen). After<br />
pressing the green button, create a single image by panning across the scene. While you are taking the<br />
photo, a red circle inside a white box will appear. To stop recording, tap the green button.<br />
The panoramic picture will be automatically saved.<br />
What does HDMI serve for?<br />
You can connect your Navlet 2 to a television set (always if the latter has a specific connection) with a<br />
HDMI cable. This way you may see your device’s contents and functions on your television screen: watch<br />
films, videos, listen to music… If you are connected to Wi-Fi, you can also browse the Internet, check<br />
your e-mail, social networks, etc.<br />
You just have to connect your device to the television set with the HDMI cable and choose the television<br />
HDMI output. Your Navlet 2 screen will be immediately shown on your television.<br />
Important: Make sure that the HDMI connector type is compatible with your Navlet 2 and your television<br />
set.
Navigation<br />
Your Navlet 2 is the first real navigation device with tablet functionality. We have shown<br />
you how it works as a tablet.<br />
Now we will show you how to use it as a navigation device.<br />
You can use your Navlet 2 as a navigation device by accessing it in different ways:<br />
• From the Zippers view (by unzipping “Navigation”).<br />
• From the Apps menu (by clicking the <strong>Vexia</strong> OnRoad icon).<br />
• From the Desktop (by clicking the icon <strong>Vexia</strong> OnRoad).<br />

Find location<br />
Tap the map anywhere and the Navigation Menu will show up.<br />
Tap Navigate to… Then tap Address or Postal Code<br />
1. To enter your destination using Address, choose Country, City, Street, Number or<br />
Street Crossing. You can also type the first letters of a city/street in order to check the list<br />
with similar names. Moreover, you can look for your destination by typing the postal code<br />
in Postal code option.<br />
On the left of the name of the city/street you will also see different explanatory icons: City,<br />
Capital, City centre, Street, Street crossing.<br />
2. Choose the city/street from the list. When you have finished, a confirmation screen<br />
with your chosen destination will appear. You may also choose one of the three options<br />
according to your preferences:<br />
On Map. Shows the chosen destination on the map.<br />
Parking. Shows information about car parks nearby your destination.<br />
Add to favourites. Adds the chosen destination to Favourites.<br />
3. If you do not wish to choose any of the options mentioned above, click Route Me.<br />
4. A route summary will appear. To get more precise information about your route,<br />
choose the Details option.<br />
5. If you simply wish to start navigating, tap Done.<br />
If the signal is unavailable and your current position cannot be determined, you will have<br />
three options:<br />
Wait for valid signal (recommended): Your route will be computed from your current<br />
position once a valid GPS signal is available.<br />
Last valid position: Your route will be computed from your last known position (from the<br />
last position that you were in before losing the GPS signal).<br />
Select from map: Allows you to select any starting point in order to compute the route.<br />
To select a different address, tap “Back”.<br />
When the route is computed, the complete route will be displayed on the map, including<br />
the distance, estimated time of arrival, time left to the destination and route computing<br />
method (fastest, economic, shortest, pedestrian, bicycle).<br />
For additional information about the route, tap “Details”.<br />

Navigate to a POI<br />
Sometimes it may be useful to navigate to a Point of Interest on the way to our destination.<br />
Tap the map anywhere and the Navigation Menu will show up.<br />
Tap Navigate to… Then tap Address or Postal Code<br />
You can navigate to any POI that is near: your current position, the address that you are<br />
heading to, your destination or any point of interest in the city.<br />
Change the route profile<br />
1. Tap the screen to open the Navigation Menu and then tap Settings.<br />
2. Select “Planning preferences” and choose the most adequate one that will suit your<br />
needs: the fastest route, economic route, pedestrian route…<br />

How can I add/delete Favourites?<br />
In order to add a Favourite: If you need to add a Favourite from an address, you have to<br />
go to Navigation Menu, then to Manage POIs and choose Add POI.<br />
Next step is to Add as POI. Choose from: address, history, point of interest, point on map,<br />
enter GPS position, city centre and current GPS position.<br />

Pongamos un ejemplo utilizando el modo Dirección:<br />
• Select Address and then enter the city.<br />

You can also add a Favourite directly at the time of entering the destination by choosing<br />
Address. Follow the instructions until a confirmation screen appears. On that screen you<br />
will see the option Add to Favourites. By tapping it, you can add your chosen destination<br />
to Favourites.<br />
You can also delete a Favourite. Follow the instructions:<br />
-Tap Manage POI in the Navigation Menu.<br />
-Select Delete POI: You will be asked to select a category. Select the category Favourites<br />
As an example, we will use the Address mode:<br />
The Favourite or the category will be deleted.<br />

and choose from the list the Favourite that you wish to delete. You may also delete the<br />
whole category. Tap “Yes” when the following message appears… “Are you sure you<br />

Planning an itinerary<br />
It is a perfect tool to plan complicated routes. With this tool you can easily and effectively<br />
plan your working day. Select options such as avoid toll roads, motorways, restricted<br />
areas, etc… If you have added any waypoint to your route via Map or Alternative route,<br />
you can correct it in Itinerary. You can also optimize waypoints along your route, plan a<br />
new route or store it.<br />

To see the list of the points on the route, select [Current route].<br />
The itinerary shows the starting point, numbered waypoints and the destination. The<br />
waypoints that you have already passed are shown in grey.<br />
You can add a waypoint to the itinerary by tapping the button<br />
Waypoints options<br />
By tapping any of the waypoints of the itinerary, you can choose from different options in<br />
order to suit your needs at any time:<br />
Set as visited: Stops the navigation to the selected<br />
waypoint and computes a new route to the next waypoint<br />
in the itinerary.<br />
Set as finish point: Sets the waypoint as a finish point and<br />
moves the remaining points up the itinerary.<br />
Set as via point: Changes the finish point to via point.<br />
Set as start: Sets the selected waypoint as start point.<br />
Add nearby POI: You can use this option to search for a<br />
POI (a hotel, for example) near your selected waypoint and<br />
then add it to the itinerary.<br />
Move up: Moves the selected waypoint up the itinerary.<br />
Move down: Mueve el punto de paso seleccionado hacia<br />

Delete: Deletes the selected waypoint from the itinerary.<br />
Optimize itinerary: You can optimize the waypoints sequence in the itinerary.<br />
Tap Itinerary in Navigation Menu and select the itinerary that you want to modify.<br />
To rename, optimize and delete the itinerary tap Options: optimize (waypoints sequence),<br />
save and delete. To modify the route points, tap the one that you want to modify and enter<br />
the menu with the following options: set as unvisited, set as finish point, set as via point,<br />
add nearby POI, delete, etc…<br />
Save itinerary: Save the itinerary for further use. To start, tap Itinerary in the Navigation<br />
Menu and tap “New” on the navigation bar.<br />
To add points on the route, tap + and follow the steps as in Find location.<br />
To compute the new route, tap Done.<br />
Delete itinerary: Allows to delete the itinerary.<br />

Information about Speed Cameras<br />
It will warn you about the location of speed cameras from the pre-installed database.<br />
Please note that the device does not detect speed cameras.<br />
By default, visual and acoustic warnings are given 600 meters before you reach a speed<br />
camera location, except for possible mobile speed cameras as these are deactivated.<br />
Remember that you can always have your speed camera database up-to-date.<br />
Without need of subscription or registration as the update is FOR FREE for Spain<br />
in www.vexia.es.<br />

Before using the navigation device it is necessary to make some adjustments and<br />
configure the vehicle profile. This profile is needed to define routes with specific vehicle<br />
restrictions. In order to make these adjustments, you need to provide your vehicle data<br />
such as: weight, length, height, etc.<br />

You may configure your vehicle profile so that the route planned by your device takes into<br />
account the specific route restrictions for your vehicle.<br />
Tap the screen and the Main Menu will appear. Tap Settings. Select Vehicle Profile option which<br />
will allow us to configure the device in order to define the routes with the specific restrictions that<br />
apply to heavy vehicles. In order to configure the device, it is necessary to provide data such as:<br />
weight, length, height, etc.<br />

About Android<br />
1. What should I know?<br />
a. Remember that one of Android’s features is multitasking, which means that while you are listening<br />
to music you can, among other options, browse the Internet. Nevertheless, this involves higher battery<br />
consumption.<br />
b. There are different Android versions: 2.2, 2.3, 4.0, etc.<br />
This does not mean that one version differs from another. There are tablet models that simply work with<br />
different versions because of their technical specifications.<br />
c. You can download and install free or paid apps from Google Play.<br />
2. What do I need?<br />
a. You need to configure your device in different ways in order to take full advantage of it. Among them:<br />
• A Google account. Android is permanently synchronized with Google. This means that you can:<br />
• Get your e-mails from your Gmail account automatically.<br />
• Install free and paid applications from Google Play.<br />
• Have all your calendars synchronized.<br />
• Have all your contacts synchronized.<br />
• Have your Google Talk contacts.<br />
b. Shortcuts<br />
• Drag any application from the menu to the desktop. You can create as many shortcuts as you like<br />
and use them the way you want.<br />
c. Folders<br />
• If you touch and hold the screen for 2 seconds, a menu will show up. You may then choose an<br />
option of creating a folder. You may place all the shortcuts that you want in each folder so that you<br />
keep your desktop organized. If you click once the name of the folder, you can change it.<br />
d. Widgets<br />
• Widgets are applications that work permanently on your desktop. To place one of them on the<br />
desktop, touch the screen and hold it for 2 seconds. Then select Widgets. You will find clock,<br />
calendar, weather forecast…and much more. Moreover, you can download hundreds of them. Try<br />
typing “widget” in Google Play.<br />
e. Applications<br />
• Android offers a lot of different apps for everyone. There are free and paid apps. To buy apps on Google<br />
Play, you need to have a Google account. To start installing, tap the Google Play icon.<br />
• You can have access to social network. Simply search on Google Play for “Facebook or Twitter”. When<br />
installed on your device, you will have access to your accounts with your usual data.<br />
3. What happens with my Apps if I restore default settings?<br />
You may have doubts about this, especially if you have bought an app and for one reason or another you<br />
have to restore default settings on your device. Don’t worry. Everything will be saved and stored in your<br />
Google account.<br />

1. Navigation (On Road)<br />
a. How can I manage my POIs<br />
With this function you can add or manage POIs in your navigation device. Choose from different<br />
options (type the exact address, show on a map, history, etc.). Moreover, while you are heading to your<br />
destination you can memorize your current position and save it as a Favourite. In order to add POI follow<br />
the instructions. We will use Address as an example:<br />
-Tap Address and choose the country of the POI.<br />
-Enter the city.<br />
-Enter the street, square, avenue…<br />
-Enter the number or select “Any” and tap Done. You will be asked to select or create a category. Choose<br />
the one you wish, customizing your POI.<br />

b. How can I add/delete Favourites?<br />
You can add a Favourite in two different ways:<br />
1. If you want to add your current position, simply tap the Information area at the bottom of the screen<br />
and a menu with three options will appear. Tap Memorize position.<br />
2. If you need to add to Favourites from an address, you have to go to the Navigation Menu, then to<br />

1. Compute alternative to search for a different option that the one previously chosen.<br />
2. Avoid next… to define the length of the route that you want to avoid.<br />
3. Travel via… to compute a route that goes through a certain location.<br />
TRUCK<br />
a. How to save/modify itinerary<br />
To start, tap Navigation Menu and activate “New” in Navigation. To add points on the route, tap + and<br />
follow the steps as in Finding location. To compute the route tap Done.<br />
b. How to change the truck settings<br />
Tap the screen and the Main Menu will appear. Tap Settings.<br />
Select Vehicle profile. This feature allows you to link your GPS to your vehicle. The established<br />
configuration will allow you to define routes to your destination taking into account specific restrictions<br />
for your heavy vehicle. In order to configure the device, it is necessary to provide data such as weight,<br />
length, height, etc…<br />

The GPS signal is weak<br />
Tap the Apps button on the main screen of your Navlet. Next, tap “GPS Info” and tap “Restart” and then<br />

Legal contract<br />
Warning. Read closely. This Final User of software License Contract of CRAMBO S.A., and related<br />
documentation (the software) is annexed to the <strong>Vexia</strong> terrestrial navigation product.<br />
The installation or use of the Software provided with this agreement means that you hereby accept the<br />
terms of this agreement. Upon acceptance of this contract, CRAMBO grants you a non-exclusive use of<br />
the software in accordance with the terms below indicated. The functional character of this navigation<br />
Software requires that it be used in combination with other hardware and software devices supplied by<br />
CRAMBO.<br />
1. Concession of License Use: Hereby this agreement, CRAMBO grants you a license of non-exclusive<br />
use to use the Software for exclusively personal use.<br />
2. License Transfer: The client will be able to transfer his/her rights over the software license through sale<br />
of his/her equipment to a third party, being that all physical components of the product and the third party<br />
to whom the license was transferred to accepts the terms and conditions of this license in writing. At the<br />
same time, the original client must not keep a copy of none of the products components with license<br />
(including the software). CRAMBO as assigner reserves the right to reject technical support or repair of<br />
the product with license to people not registered with the assigner of the license.<br />
3. Use Restrictions. To the hereby agreement you accept: a) not to modify or create any product derived<br />
from the Software or its documents; b) not to decompile, disassemble, perform inverted reverse<br />
engineering or any other procedure which would allow you access to the code source-code of the<br />
software; c) to not make copies or distribute, sell or lease any part of the Software to a third party; and d)<br />
not to remove or alter any registered trade mark, logo or any other warning, inscription, symbol or label<br />
of property in the Software or its documents. Therefore, the receiver of this software license commits<br />
him/herself not to place, post or use any device which contains the software license in any way in which<br />
it could hinder or limit the user’s vision or cause distractions which could lead to accidents, personal<br />
damages or damages against the property or to allow any third party to do so. The receiver of this license<br />
or any user, to whom the receiver allows use of the product with the license will be the only person<br />
responsible to respect safe driving methods to avoid accidents, personal damages or damages against<br />
the property.<br />
4. Terms of Use. By accepting this license the user expressly states that he/she understands that the<br />
Software does not know the traffic conditions or the road characteristics or other particulars specific to<br />
driving, and simply offers recommendations on how to efficiently and/or economically use the vehicle. In<br />
accordance with the above, all recommendations offered by the Software are subject to driving safety,<br />
and the driver should ignore said recommendations when they compromise the safety of the driver,<br />
passengers, other drivers or pedestrians. The driver must always drive with the caution and diligence<br />
necessary to avoid any type of accident, complying with the specific traffic conditions, regardless of the<br />
recommendations offered by the Software for the more efficient and/or economic use of the vehicle. The<br />
user states and recognises that CRAMBO will not be held responsible for any type of damage incurred<br />
by actions taken by the user that are contrary to general standards of driving, exempting CRAMBO from<br />
all liability.<br />
5. Intellectual and industrial Property. All rights to the intellectual and industrial property of the Software<br />
and the attached documentation are property of CRAMBO. The enclosed Software along with the<br />
hardware and software devices which constitute the product are additionally protected by means of an<br />
international patent pending. The commercial trademarks VEXIA and ECONAV are property of CRAMBO.<br />
Any other commercial trademarks and/or references to different industrial models of VEXIA are property<br />
of registered ownerships (CRAMBO).The reference of the above industrial trademarks or models is done<br />
solely to inform the User about the adaptation of the product to each model of vehicle. The mapmaking<br />
inside the Software are property of Tele Atlas. This contract does not grant you any right over the<br />
Software and its related documentation. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved<br />
for CRAMBO.<br />
Limited Warranty<br />
CRAMBO guarantees that the Software will work substantially in compliance with the specifications<br />
contained in the attached documentation during a period of 90 days from the date of purchase of this<br />
license. CRAMBO does not guarantee the functioning of the Software in combination with other hardware<br />
and software not authorized by CRAMBO.<br />
Excluded from the present warranty are any faults originated from: 1) an inappropriate or inadecuate<br />
maintenance by the User: 2) non authorized modifications; 3) inappropriate use or functioning aside<br />
from the software specifications; 4) abuse, negligence, accident, loss or damage of the Software: 5)<br />
inadecuate installation; or 6) non-authorized repairing.<br />
Except for the previously indicated, CRAMBO WILL NOT ASUME ANY OTHER WARRANTY COMPROMISE,<br />
WRITTEN OR VERBAL, SPECIFIC OR IMPLIED.<br />
6. Responsibility limitation: In no case CRAMBO, its subsidiaries or suppliers, managers or employees<br />
will be responsible for any consequent damage (direct or indirect, incidental or consequential) or for any<br />
loss of benefits that could result from any fault of the Software, not even in the event that the possibility<br />
of damage or loss has been notified. CRAMBO excludes itself from any responsibility to third parties.<br />
CRAMBO’S total responsibility insofar it is declared legally responsible before the USER, will be limited to<br />
the amount paid for the Software by the User.<br />
7. Non fulfilment: The present license use will be automatically resolute without the necessity to notify<br />
non-fulfilment in the event that the User should break any at the conditions established in this agreement.<br />
In which case, the User must return the Software and the attached documentation, certifying the nonexistence<br />
of unauthorized copies.<br />
8. Data/Information and Privacy. The User accepts that the data obtained by entreaty be included in a<br />
data base ownership of CRAMBO with the aim to ensure the fulfillment derived from the present terms<br />
and conditions.<br />
In like manner, the client accepts that the data may be used for marketing and sales purposes and that<br />
CRAMBO may share the data with other companies of its same group with the same purpose. If you wish<br />
to exercise the rights of access, rectification and cancellation you may do so in writing to Crambo S.A.<br />

CRAMBO will not compile or use any of the Users information related to journeys, places visited or<br />
whereabouts except by specific authorization of the User.<br />
9. Legislation, Authority and General Stipulations. The present agreement will be governed by Spanish<br />
Law, excluded the application of conflicts of law. The U.N. Convention is expressly excluded from<br />
international buying and selling contracts of commodities.<br />
Any conflict or litigation which could arise as a consequence of the interpretation and or application of<br />
the clauses of the hereby contract will submit to the knowledge and sole powers of the Courts of Madrid<br />
Capital.<br />
If any disposition of the present contract is not in accordance with the legislation or could not be applied<br />
in virtue of the legislation such disposition will be limited in necessary measure for it to be in conformity<br />
with the legislation and be applicable in virtue to the legislation.<br />
