The study of medical transcription practices and procedures according to AAMT guidelines.<br />
Transcription practice utilizing dictated medical reports such as office notes, letters, history<br />
and physical reports, consultations, operative reports, discharge summaries, x-ray and pathology<br />
reports. An introduction to medical ethics is also provided.<br />
