BL25M Lift Table<br />
The BL25M is our standard when it comes to quality of lift tables. With the capability of lifting 227kg, this is<br />
the lift table that will suit your needs. Fully equipped, this lift table comes with a 1/3 horse power motor<br />
designed for lifting loads between 45kg and 180kg with ease. Since fuel eciency is a high priority,<br />
a digital weigh scale can be added for accurate body weight, in turn adding ease to the operator's job of<br />
lifting and loading. All the electronics are powered by a 12 volt battery mounted at the base of the table.<br />
The top is lined with six alloy rollers with spring loaded pins for easy removal/exchange. There are two brakes<br />
located at the front and rear of the rollers and are controlled by using the red handle lever at the front of the<br />
lift table.<br />

The BL25MHD is our standard quality of Heavy Duty lift tables. With capabilities of lifting 450kg and fully<br />
equipped, this lift table comes with a 1/3 horse power motor designed for lifting loads between 45kg and<br />
400kg with ease. Since fuel eciency is a high priority, a digital weigh scale can be added for accurate body<br />
weight, in turn adding ease to the operators job. All the electronics are powered by a 12 volt battery mounted<br />

The BL30M is designed specically for large cooler storage. Reaching a maximum height of 1892mm. Nothing<br />
is too tall for this lift table. Fully equipped, this lift table comes with a 1/3 horse power motor designed for<br />
lifting loads between 45kg and 295kg with ease. Since fuel eciency is a top priority for B&L, a digital weigh<br />
scale can be added for accurate body weight, in turn adding ease to the operators job. All the electronics are<br />
powered by a 12 volt battery mounted at the base of the table. The top is lined with 6 alloy rollers with spring<br />

BL Auto Loader<br />
Specically build for human cremation, this loading table suites the entire N20 series and the complete<br />
phoenix range of human cremators supplied by Addeld.<br />
The automatic control system plugs into the retort to facilitate a fully automatic loading process from a remote<br />
viewing room. It consists of a steel frame and rollers with a stainless steel outer casing. The control system is<br />
run by a programmable logic controller (PLC).<br />
The autoloader can be setup to load multiple retort or manual loading via a V groove track system. Feature on<br />
the control panel are Start-for autoloading, Jog-to initiate rollers only and stop-for emergency use.<br />

screws for mounting to wood or steel. A fan on<br />
the bottom of the cooling system pushes air<br />

BL199 Remains Processor<br />
A state-of-the-art cremated remains processor. It is an advanced<br />
pulverization system that is quiet, dust free and shuts o automatically.<br />
The remains are powdered in less than 30 seconds in the stainless steel<br />
drum. The pulverization is accomplished by a rapidly turning 1/4" thick<br />
stainless steel blade driven by a 1.5 HP motor. A dust tight seal is provided<br />
on the drum lid to prevent any leakage.<br />

Storm Collar<br />

Storm collars dispense rain. They are mounted<br />
on the roof where the crematory stack comes out.<br />
The storm collar weather proofs the installation<br />
while allowing hot air associated with the exhaust<br />
stack to escape to the outside. They are available<br />
in glavanised or stainless steel, made to order to<br />
t any stack diameter.<br />
The storm collar is a two piece item and it is easy<br />
to install and secure. A high temperature sealant<br />
is required for water proong.<br />
Roof Thimble<br />

The roof thimble, like the storm collar weather<br />
proofs the installation. They are custom built to<br />
suit roof pitch and stack diameter. It is constructed<br />
from 16 gauge galvanized steel.<br />

Our vacuum is a heavy duty high powered vacuum<br />
to clean up after cremations and keep your work<br />
area dust free. Speccally designed for purpose,<br />
this vacuum also has a heat resistant bag and<br />
a ame resistant lter.<br />
Our steel clean-out brush and rakes enables you to<br />
carefully remove all of the cremated remains in your<br />
cremation chamber without scraping and<br />
damaging the hearth and therefore extending the<br />
machines useful life. The steel bristled brush is<br />
removable allowing you to change the size of the<br />
brush head or replaceing your old one when worn.<br />
