We are pleased to offer a firework training course
this year in conjunction with Dynamic Fireworks on
Sunday 16th September 2012 at Waldegraves Holida rsea, near Colchester.
This course is a must for organisers of November and New Year events and includes
instruction and guidance on all aspects of firework safety and your firework display by our
trained technicians.
The cost is £40.00 per person or £65.00 per couple. There is one free place for all orders of
£999.00 and over, paid for by 31st August 2012. Spaces are limited so please book early to
avoid disappointment. Please note attendance of this course does not entitle you to obtain
category 4 fireworks. All trainees must be over 18.

Payment is required with confirmation of your order. We do not offer a sale or return facility.
Goods are dispatched up to 21 days prior to your display. A national carrier normally delivers
them during working hours Monday to Friday. Please make sure the person nominated is
able to receive and store them. A surcharge may be applied if a delivery is refused or cannot
be completed. The order will not be left without a valid signature. We do offer an overnight
service in certain areas and during the November season we can process and dispatch
orders in two to three working days.
Claims for shortages must be made in writing within four days of receipt of your goods.
Please check all packages carefully and only sign for the number you receive. Do not wait
until the day of your display before checking the contents.
All fireworks conform to British Standards BS 7114 Part: 2 1988 or CE reg EN15947 and are
supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s
instructions supplied. British Standard category 2 are labelled for a minimum spectator
safety distance of 5 metres, and category 3 for a minimum spectator safety distance of 25

When the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply Firework
Emporium will accept cancellation of an order provided that the customer confirms in writing
to the address on this brochure within seven days of receipt of the goods. Upon receipt of
such cancellation Firework Emporium will notify the customer of the procedure for collection
of the goods. A charge will be made to the customer equal to the cost of collection and return
to Firework Emporium. The Firework Emporium is part of the Dynamic Fireworks Ltd group.
