The Qpay Online Payment Center displays the Provider selection screen. Make sure “MetroPCS
By the Minute” is displayed in the Provider field. If this is not the case, then click on the downarrow
icon next to this field to open up the Providers drop-down menu. Simply scroll up or
down until you see “MetroPCS By the Minute”; then make this your selection. Next, swipe the
“MetroPCS By the Minute” Card in the Swipe Card device.
The next page you will see is the Payment Page, where the value on the card is automatically
posted to the Payment Amount field.
Continue ahead to the Payment Page (Initial Payment Screen).

Having Problems with Swipe?
The following window is displayed if you clicked on the “having problems with swipe” link.
Even though there is a field displayed on this screen (and where a Card Number may be
entered), do not complete this field. This screen is shown simply to provide you with an
important message from the Qpay system, which is “For cards without a printed card number
on the pack, swipe is the only method of activation that can be used”. After reading and
understanding this message, click on the Cancel button. This will return you to the Provider
Selection Screen.
Try using a different MetroPCS By the Minute card. If this does not work, troubleshoot the
Card Reader device itself. If it is still not working, then you need to contact Qpay Customer
Support at (866) 236-7733.
