G. Opportunities for Junior Lawyers<br />
The Court strongly encourages parties to permit less experienced lawyers to examine<br />
witnesses at trial and to have an important role at trial. Counsel should be prepared to<br />
discuss such opportunities at the <strong>Pretrial</strong> Conference.<br />
