commitment to delivering the highest level of services and exclusive treatments.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are available for either treatment or dollar value. They may be purchased at the
salon or over the phone and sent to the lucky recipient or to a nominated address.
CANCELLATIONS
Because our Salon & Spa services have been specially reserved for you, we kindly ask
that you notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We would appreciate the opportunity to off er the time set aside for you to another valued
client on our waiting list. Appointments for services exceeding $100 need to be secured with
a credit card. 50% of the value of your service will be charged for cancellations made with
less than 12 hours notice given. All no-shows are charged the full price. Gift vouchers risk
forfeit if 12 hours cancellation notice is not given.
