The staff at SOLID BIKES live for bikes and the riding which is found around our 

home in the middle middle of the Black Forest in Germany. From the beginning, the 

strength of SOLID BIKES has been our ideas and inventiveness, and a strong desire 

to build the best bikes. Everyday our challenge is to get the best we can from 

the materials we use. Our Worldcup team test the latest technology and our 

ideas under under the hardest racing conditions. As a a developer, we never stand stand still, 

as we know know how important important progression is. is. We are continually building, testing 

and redesigning all all to ensure exciting developments for for our customers. 

We love it and the passion grows from year to year, fuelled by the Worldcup 

results of our SOLID BIKES Racing teams, the success of our bike range and our 

growing number of loyal fans. 

We have a growing team of people in the SOLID BIKES family, from the lady who 

handles the accounts to the adrenaline junkies who throw themselves down 

the mountains on our bikes, we are all working towards the same breathtaking 

experiences. Together we are something that is bigger, and we have something 

that connects everybody.

For 2012 Solid bikes presents the evolution of the Mission 9. Optimized 

frame shaping, Integrated World Cup ready geometry tuning for whatever is 

your ready to go down on. And rider response in mind with First Response 

hanger incorporation. 

Through years of development the Mission 9 Evo is constructed of new 

exclusive 6061 optimized tubing; front and rear. Tapered head set is angle 

set ready. Additionally, the Mission 9 geometry has been tested and tuned 

to come standard in a new race ready setting. Then to add to the out of 

box tunablity we have integrated bb height and head tube angle adjustment 

into 1 adjustable Motolink for a Race or World Cup ready geometry 

without affecting shock set tune setup. 

The Mission 9 Evo frame set is full of refi ned details throughout from years 

of feedback from riders and team racers. The Mission 9 Evo is ready to go 

and be adapted to your ride preference.

With the new integrated geometry adjustment in 

the Motolink, you have 2 positions to select. A 

quick turn of the wrench and you can slacken the 

head tube 1 degree with 13mm drop in bottom 

bracket height.

The Mission 9’s perfect geometry works in partnership 

with the Cane Creek shock to ensure you remain in 

control no matter what the terrain throws at you. With 

the optional „Race rocker Kit“ the geometry can be 

made more aggressive lowering the Bottom Bracket 

by 1” down to 14.25”, and slacking off the head angle 

by 1.5 ° to 64.5 °. 

The success of the Mission 9 is a result of our passion 

for Downhill, with the Solid Race Team recording 

some awesome results in the World Cup this season. 

To compete with the world’s best riders our team 

needed a highly developed Downhill race bike which 

is capable of meeting their demands across the long 

season on a wide variety of tracks.

riders to succeed on the increasingly demanding race

The SOLID Blade was the growing requirements of 

pilots ENDURO adjusted. The linkage with improved 

progression and prolonged shock / piston stroke - 

with the same travel (160mm or optional 130mm), 

we have received an even more attractive chassis. 

The geometry is an enduro bike with downhill properties, 

the central focus and top handling. Furthermore, 

when you sit uphill driving tours or relaxed, 

almost like a XC bike. This bike guarantees pure 

driving enjoyment and serves both delights.

Das SOLID Blade ist den wachsenden Anforderungen

GRUBER Assist is an ultra-light drive for mountain 

bikes. The drive is invisible Gruber cleverly 

designed built into the bicycle frame and scores 

especially through its light weight (1900g). Pressing 

the turbo button on the handlebar and the burning 

disappears into the thighs. The auxiliary drive made 

with 100 watts of additional power to the rear wheel 

- for at least 45 minutes at full load. When driving off 

the bike works as usual. 

The LiION high manganese battery, which takes 

place in a traditional saddlebag space, enough for 

at least 45 minutes electric drive biking, depending 

on how much you tread. He has a low weight and a 

charge status indicator. 

BLADE elektro 

GRUBER Assist ist ein Ultraleicht-Antrieb u.a. für 

Mountainbikes. Der geschickt konzipierte Gruber 

Antrieb wird unsichtbar in den Fahrradrahmen eingebaut 

und punktet besonders durch sein geringes 

Gewicht (1900g). Ein Druck auf den Turbo-Knopf 

am Lenker und das Brennen in den Oberschenkeln 

verschwindet. Der Hilfsantrieb erzielt mit 100 Watt 

zusätzliche Power aufs Hinterrad – für mind. 45 Min. 

bei Volllast. Bei ausgeschaltetem Antrieb funktioniert 

das Fahrrad wie gewohnt. 

Der LiION-Mangan-Hochleistungsakku fi ndet in 

einer herkömmlichen Satteltasche Platz und reicht 

für mind. 45 Min. bis max. 2 Std. motorunterstütztes 

Biken, je nachdem wie stark Sie ihn in Anspruch 

nehmen. Er hat ein geringes Gewicht und eine Ladezustandsanzeige.

we are able to produce an extremely light
