Governor <strong>of</strong> Trinidad & Hong Kong, <strong>an</strong>d died 18/12/1920. Eldest son <strong>of</strong> the Rev.<br />
Oswald Smith Bingham <strong>of</strong> Malmesbury, Wiltshire.<br />
Quarterly, 1st <strong>an</strong>d 4th, azure, a bend cotised between six crosses patée Or, 2nd <strong>an</strong>d<br />
3rd, sable, on a chevron raguly, plain cotised, between ten crosses patée fitchée, six<br />

married 2ndly, 22/11/1946, Louise, daughter <strong>of</strong> the late Frederick Vester <strong>an</strong>d had<br />
further issue.<br />

Fr<strong>an</strong>cis Raymond, joined the Matabelel<strong>an</strong>d Mounted Police on 16/5/1894 (No. 180).<br />

Born 25/7/1874, married 2/7/1908, Annetta Lima Smith, elder daughter <strong>of</strong> the late A.<br />
Perossi <strong>an</strong>d died 9/2/1949 leaving issue, one daughter.<br />

late Sir Frederick Hervey-Bathurst, 4th Baronet. 3rd son <strong>of</strong> Col. Richard Southwell<br />
George Stapleton-Cotton who was the 2nd son <strong>of</strong> Wellington Henry Stapleton-Cotton,<br />
2nd Viscount Combermere.<br />
