DM Gosport ASCE Site Safety Case - Adelard

ASCE and DM Gosport
Gosport was the first DM to attempt to use ASCE to map an
entire site safety case , as opposed to an individual weapon
System or platform, which project teams have been completing
successfully for some time.
The initial template provided by Adelard proved slightly
problematic, but having read the Code of Practice, it became
apparent that the fact that we didn’t have any arguments to
link claims to evidence was causing the confusion. Addition
of a number of argument boxes focused our thought process
and aided the information flow. Unlike Kineton, Gosport have
attempted to retain the original Adelard template, albeit with the
addition of extra claims nodes and new argument nodes
