Q. Why aren’t they used more often?<br />

A. <strong>Microcatchment</strong>s are an effective but little known technique <strong>for</strong> plant<br />

establishment and growth (Figure 3). As landscape designers and landowners<br />

become more familiar with them they will be used more often.<br />
