Dear William,
Congratulations! We can’t believe this day has come
so quickly. We are so proud of you and it seems like
just yesterday that we walked you into UCDS for the
first time, all of us unaware of what the next several
years would bring.
My, how you have grown! That little boy at UCDS
is now a big guy who is strong, confident and
independent. One who is ready to take on the next
challenge with all the passion and joy anyone could
ask for! With your hard work, perseverance, and
certainly more than a laugh or two along the way;
you have learned that everything is worth trying and
everything is possible. We know you will continue to
enjoy the journey and succeed in the things you love
whether it be music, sports, writing or whatever yet
unfound passion lies ahead.
William, your bright heart and easy laugh make
everyone around you feel good and we are so
fortunate to be the recipients of that every day. Thank
you for the ride and we are ready to buckle up with
you for the next portion of the trip!

over these seven years at UCDS. You are such an
inquisitive young man who is full of wonderful ideas
and clever insights. We hope you will keep that smile
on your face and that determination to learn, share,
explore, create and improve on whatever task is at
hand. You will have an amazing life no matter which
path you choose to take.

Sweet Patience . . . Boo Bah,
Six years ago you entered UCDS with big bows in your
hair, smocked dresses & laced socks. Wow - how
times have changed!
How magical that your last year at UCDS was VISION.
We have gazed upon you for 11 years and watched
you embrace change and transitions (Harrison
entered your life when you were 16months old,
Claiborne and Eleanor Grace entered when you were
2 1/2 years old). Your grace, “patience”, endearing
heart is simply a part of who you are.
Now is YOUR time . . . spread your wings and fly. We
will all be backstage supporting & loving you more
than ever.
