3. Dinner – Grilled meat (cut or ground),<br />

green salad(lettuce, tomato, green<br />

pepper, carrots, cucumber)<br />

2. Lunch – Have as much of one fruit that you like,<br />

choose one of the fruits below .<br />

Orange, Strawberry, Pears, Apples, Plums,<br />

Cantaloupe, Watermelon
