of the TV options that you will find currently in the market. 

Please do not discard any of the hardware or parts that you will not use on your 

set option, this will give you the opportunity to use this TV Console for different 

configurations in case you decide to upgrade your TV set in the future.

Young children may be injured by tipping furniture and the use of a tipping restraint 

is highly recommended. This hardware, when properly installed, could provide 

protection against the unexpected tipping of furniture due to improper use.

Assembly Instructions 

Note: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts, then go 

back and fully tighten all bolts, this will make it easier during assembly of unit. 

1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and parts required. 

2. Locate the Long Spine (C) and set back face down on a scratch free surface as 

shown in detail #1. 

3. Align the back rail holes of three Shelf Frames (A) with the threaded inserts on the 

Long Spine (C) in place; make sure the end bracket point toward bottom. Attach shelf 

frames in place with the 1 1/4" Bolts (3), Lock Washers (4) and Flat Washers (5). See 

detail #1.

4. Stand the unit upright. 


5. Attach two Front Posts (B) to the Shelf Frames (A) in place, using 3/4” Bolts (2) with 

Lock Washers & Flat Washers (4 & 5) through the end bracket holes into the post as

6. To make the product stable, attach Front Left & Right Supports (D & D1) to the Top 

Shelf Frame (A) and the Front Posts (B) in place using 3/4” Bolts (2) with Washers (4 

& 5). DO NOT fully tighten the bolts. See detail #3. 

7. Attach the Back Left & Right Supports (E & E1) to the Top Shelf Frame (A) and Long 

Spine (C) in place with the 3/4” Bolts (2), Lock Washers, and Flat Washers (4 & 5), as 

shown in detail #3A. 

8. Repeat last procedure with the Middle Shelf Frame (A) as shown below. 

9. Go back and tightly fasten all the bolts. In case of uneven floor, Floor Levelers are 

provided at the bottom of both Front Posts (B). Simply tilt the unit back and raise or 

lower floor leveler by hand to correct tilting. As shown in detail #3A.

Assembly Instructions to attach Deluxe Bracket w/ VESA Plate 

10. Attach Deluxe Bracket w/VESA Plate (H) to the top of Long Spine (C), using eight 3/4” 

Bolts (2) with Lock Washers & Flat Washers (4 & 5) as shown in detail #4.

Note: There are two mounting options included in this 3-in-1 system TV console: 

1. VESA Plate; 

2. XYZ Mounting Frame to accommodate random hole patterns. 

11. For LCD 32” or smaller you can mount your LCD directly to the Deluxe Bracket with 

VESA Plate (H), using the appropriate Bolts through the Lock Washers and Flat 

Washers through the proper holes of VESA Plate and then into the TV. See detail #5. 

Note: Please refer to page #11 & 12 to determine correct size bolt you will 

require in the TV Mounting Kit included. If you are unable to find the correct 

one, consult a local hardware store.

Note: For Plasma and LCD TVs larger than 32”, you must use the XYZ Mounting Frame (I) 

provided. The XYZ Mounting Frame will accommodate large LCD without VESA Hole 

Patterns and Plasma TV’s with Random Hole Patterns. 

12. Attach XYZ Mounting Frame (I) to the Deluxe Bracket with VESA Plate (H) with the 

back hook is bottom, thread six 3/4” Bolts (2) with Large Flat Washers (7) through the 

appropriate slots of XYZ Mounting Frame and the top & bottom hole set on VESA 

Plate, through the other Large Flat Washers (7) and Lock Washers (4) then secure 

with Nuts (6), see detail #6. 

Note: Make sure the Mounting Frame is centered on the VESA Plate for added 

security.

Mounting Monitor Bracket to a television with a flat back 

Note: For televisions with a curved back or recessed back proceed directly to step #16. 

13. Determine the correct diameter of the bolt your TV requires by hand threading them 

into the threaded insert on the back of the TV. If you encounter any resistance, stop 

immediately. If you are unable to find the correct bolt consult a local hardware store. 

14. Once you have determined the correct diameter Bolt, follow the appropriate Diagram 

below, thread the short Bolt through the appropriate Lock Washer, the Large Flat 

Washer, the Monitor Bracket (J), and into the upper threaded inserts of TV. As shown 

in detail #7A. Note: Lean the TV up against a wall or other solid surface when 

attaching with the Monitor Brackets (J). DO NOT place the TV face down on the glass 

this may cause permanent damage. 

15. Proceed to insert the long Bolt through the appropriate Lock Washer, the Large Flat 

Washer, the slot of Monitor Bracket (J), a second Large Flat Washer (M4/M5 Diameter 

Bolts only), appropriate Spacer, and into the bottom threaded inserts of TV. As 

shown in detail #7. Make sure the Monitor Brackets (J) are centered and level with 

each other. Tighten the bolts securing the Monitor Brackets to the TV.

below, thread the Bolt through the appropriate Lock Washer, the Large Flat Washer, 

the Monitor Bracket (J), a second Large Flat Washer (M4/M5 Diameter Bolts only), 

appropriate Spacer and into the threaded inserts of TV. See detail #8. 

18. Make sure the Monitor Brackets (J) are vertically centered and level with each other. 

Tighten the bolts securing the Monitor Brackets (J) to the TV.

19. With assistance, lift and hang your TV set by attaching the Monitor Bracket (J) onto 

the XYZ Mounting Frame (I). 

20. Once the TV is in place, insert the Safety Bar (K) completely into the bottom holes on 

the Mounting Frame. Make sure that it sits over the bottom hook of the Monitor 

Bracket and the bent end is faced toward wall and seated onto the slot of back hook 

for additional security. See detail #9.

21. Put the Suction Cups (1) into top holes of all Shelf Frames (A) into place. As shown in 

detail #10. 

22. Place the thick Top Glass (F) on Top Shelf Frame and thin Glass Shelves (G) onto 

middle and bottom shelf frame as shown in detail #10. 

Note: Make sure that the Glass sits correctly and the Suction Cups go all the way into 

the pre-drilled hole to prevent the glass shelf from falling and getting damage. If glass is 

scratched you can repair by using a BLACK marker and filling in scratched area from 

underneath.

TIPPING RESTRAINT HARDWARE 

Note: We have included one Tipping Restraint Hardware bag for this Unit. 

When properly installed, this restraint can provide protection against the unexpected 

tipping of the unit due to small tremors, bumps or climbing. We strongly recommend 

mounting this hardware to a wall stud and your Unit when installing. 

Please carefully read the instructions printed on the plastic white bag. 

Note: You must install the Tipping Restraint Hardware with the unit in use to prevent 

any accidents or damage to the unit. 

Tools Required: Phillips Screwdriver, Mallet, Power Drill, 3/8” Drill Bit. 

A Touch-Up Pen has been provided to repair any small nicks or scratches that 

may occur during assembly or shipping.

Assembly Instructions for Table Top 

Note: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts, then go

Spine (C1) in place with the 3/4” Bolts (2), Lock Washers, and Flat Washers (4 & 5), as 

shown in detail #3A. 

8. Repeat last procedure with the Middle Shelf Frame (A) as shown below. 

9. Go back and tightly fasten all the bolts. In case of uneven floor, Floor Levelers are 

provided at the bottom of both Front Posts (B). Simply tilt the unit back and raise or

10. Put the Suction Cups (1) into top holes of all Shelf Frames (A) into place. As shown in 

detail #4. 

11. Place the thick Top Glass (F) on Top Shelf Frame and thin Glass Shelves (G) onto 

middle and bottom shelf frame as shown in detail #4. 

Note: Make sure that the Glass sits correctly and the Suction Cups go all the way into 

the pre-drilled hole to prevent the glass shelf from falling and getting damage. If glass is 

scratched you can repair by using a BLACK marker and filling in scratched area from 

underneath.

12. The Tabletop is ready for use now. Place the Tabletop in the desired location of your 

room and position TV in center of console with no overhang on either side as shown 

detail #5.

Assembly Instructions for Universal Wall Mount 

Installing XYZ Mounting Frame onto WOODEN WALL 

13. The XYZ Mounting Frame must be mounted to two Wood Studs at least 12” apart, 

using a high quality stud sensor to locate the two adjacent studs. After you have 

located the studs, verify with a nail for added security. See detail #6A. 

14. Pre-drill a 2 1/2" deep hole at the desired height in each stud using a 3/16” drill bit, 

make sure that the holes are centered in the studs and level with each other. Use the 

XYZ Mounting Frame (I) as a template to mark the corresponding location for the 

bottom holes in each stud, drill holes 2 1/2" deep with the 3/16” drill bit at the marked 

location. 

15. Orient the Mounting Frame with the “U” plate against the wall, and using four Lag 

Bolts (8) with Large Flat Washer (7) through the slots of “U” Plate on Mounting Frame 

into the holes in the wall, secure the mounting frame to the wall as shown in detail 

#6B. 

Do not over tighten the Lag Bolts. Tighten Lag Bolts only until the Lag 

Bolt Washer is pulled firmly against the “U” Plate of Mounting Frame. If there is a layer of 

drywall or other material, this drywall or other material may not exceed 3/8 inch in 

thickness. Failure to heed this caution may result property damage and/or personal injury.

Assembly Instruction for installing XYZ Mounting Frame onto BRICK, SOLID 

CONCRETE OR CONCRETE BLOCK 

16. Use the XYZ Mounting Frame (I) as a template, mark six holes location on the wall, 

three in the top row and three in the bottom row of slots. Make sure that the holes are 

level and there is at least 6” between any two holes, pre-drill these holes with a 1/2” 

masonry bit to at least 2 1/2” in depth. 

17. Insert a Concrete Anchor (9) into each of these holes; make sure they are completely 

seated and flush with the concrete surface, even if there is a layer of drywall or other 

material in front of the concrete. 

18. Attach the XYZ Mounting Frame (I) to the Wall using six Lag Bolts (8) and Large Flat 

Washers (7) through the slot of “U” Plate on Mounting Frame into the Concrete 

Anchor in the wall as shown in detail #7. Make sure the back hook of Mount Frame is 

bottom.

25. With assistance, lift and hang your TV set by attaching the Monitor Brackets (J) onto 

the XYZ Mounting Frame (I). 

26. Once the TV is in place, insert the Safety Bar (K) completely into the bottom taper 

holes on the XYZ Mounting Frame. Make sure that it sits over the bottom hook of the 

Monitor Bracket and the bent end is faced toward wall and turned into the slot of back 

hook for additional security. See detail #10.

27. Place assembled console under your TV

Note: You must install the Tipping Restraint Hardware with the unit in use to prevent 

any accidents or damage to the unit. 

Tools Required: Phillips Screwdriver, Mallet, Power Drill, 3/8” Drill Bit. 

A Touch-Up Pen has been provided to repair any small nicks or scratches that may occur 

during assembly or shipping. 

Your assembly should now be complete.
