FRIDAY, MARCH 1: FREDERICKSBURG<br />
Gather at Gillespie County Fair & Festival Grounds on Hwy 16 S.<br />
3:30 pm Check-in/Registration begins. MUST HAVE<br />
ORIGINAL NEGATIVE COGGINS PAPERS.<br />
SATURDAY, MARCH 2: FREDERICKSBURG TO LUCKENBACH—17 mi.<br />
9:00 am <strong>Ride</strong> out.<br />
12:30 pm Lunch—David Vogel Catering.<br />
5:00 pm Arrive at camp.<br />
6:00 pm Dinner—David Vogel Fried Catfish,<br />
8:00 pm WAGON MEDALLION PRESENTATION/DANCE<br />
at LUCKENBACH DANCE HALL. Band—”DUSTY<br />
BRITCHES and THE RHYTHM RANCH HANDS.”<br />

SATURDAY, MARCH 9: WIMBERLEY TO DRIFT<br />
WOOD—17 mi.<br />
9:00 am <strong>Ride</strong> out.<br />
1:00 pm Lunch—Local Hamburgers provided<br />
5:00 pm Arrive at Camp Ben McCullough. Overnight<br />
camping, $10/night; RV Hookups, $15/night.<br />
TRAIL’S END. See y’all next year.<br />
**ITINERARY SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.<br />
**Cattle call will be at 6:00 am daily. Each rider will move his/<br />
her rig at 7:30 am daily & ride the bus back.<br />
**Driving route to move rigs differs from riding route. Detailed<br />
routes provided at registration.<br />
**There will be at least one AM break, one PM break, & a lunch<br />
break each day.<br />
**Dinner is included in cost of ride Saturday through Friday.<br />
Weekend rate includes 2 lunches and 1 dinner. EACH RIDER IS<br />
RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS/HER OWN BREAKFAST AND LUNCH<br />
EACH DAY, except Saturday & Sunday lunches, which are<br />
included in cost of ride. EACH RIDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR<br />
HIS/HER OWN DINNER FRIDAY, MARCH 2nd & SATURDAY,<br />
MARCH 13th. Beverages will be provided at lunch each day.<br />
**<strong>Trail</strong> <strong>Ride</strong> Fees: Week $150, Weekend $65, Mon-Sat Daily<br />

RIDE RULES AND REGULATIONS<br />
All riders and wagon drivers must obey the directions of the<br />
trail boss, scouts and staff.<br />
NO PUBLIC DISPLAY OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.<br />
Shoes recommended/Non skids on scout horses.<br />
NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED ON TRAIL.<br />
NO SMOKING WHILE RIDING ACROSS RANCHES..<br />
Button badges must be worn and visible at all times. All adults<br />
and children riding and/or camping must be current registered<br />
riders whether joining for one day, several days or entire event.<br />
Campsites must be left clean. No littering in camp or on trail.<br />
No rowdy or unruly behavior on horseback or in camp. No<br />
unattended or uncontrollable animals will be allowed on the<br />
ride. Violators may be asked to leave without a refund.<br />
Current Coggins is required for every equine on the ride. Vaccinations<br />
for VEWT prior to ride recommended. YOU MUST HAVE<br />
PROOF OF NEGATIVE COGGINS WITH YOU ON ENTIRE TRAIL<br />
RIDE.<br />
Pets must be kept on leashes and kept under control. Owners<br />
must have pets’ current vaccination papers with them on ride.<br />
Kicking animals must have a red ribbon on the tail.<br />
No riding double except for adults with young children.<br />
Minors must ride accompanied by an adult.<br />
No loud music late at night.<br />
Generators should be muffled and of reasonable noise level.<br />
Park your rig in a manner that will prevent your equine from<br />
causing damage to vehicles and other animals.<br />
No firearms may be carried by any trail riders.<br />
Western style clothing preferred.<br />
Horses/Mules are not allowed to be tied to any fences along the<br />
route. Violators will be responsible for paying any damages.<br />
Drainage of “black water” from trailers onto ground is prohiited.<br />
Local farriers available during ride.<br />
