Management, 452-ICD-<strong>SN</strong>/CSM (formerly 451-ICD-NCCDS/MOCC). State vectors are<br />

transmitted to the NCCDS on a regular basis with vector epochs spaced at FDF<br />

determined intervals. A 2-day projection for each customer is available daily. The<br />

IIRVs are updated by the FDF in order to maintain the prediction accuracy required for<br />

S-band, Ku-band, and Ka-band services. The FDF also supplies IIRVs for the TDRSs<br />

and for permanent Earth stations.<br />

NOTE:<br />

MOCCs can provide the NCCDS with the IIRVs for their<br />

customer platforms rather than having the FDF perform this<br />

function for them.<br />

NOTE:<br />

The NCCDS has the capability to receive IIRVs sent via File<br />

Transfer Protocol (FTP) in addition to the capability to<br />

receive IIRVs sent via formatted message.<br />

10.2.5.4 BRTS Scheduling<br />

Generic scheduling of the BRTSs is performed by the NCCDS with the resultant<br />

schedule transmitted to the FDF. The FDF plans for, and requests scheduling of, BRTS<br />

calibrations and special TDRSS test events.<br />

10.2.6 GT/NCCDS Scheduling Interface<br />

10.2.6.1 General<br />

The types of data exchanged between the NCCDS and the GTs are shown in Figure<br />

10-4. The data transfers relevant to the scheduling process are discussed in<br />

paragraphs 10.2.6.2 through 10.2.6.4. OPMs, TDRSS Service Level Reports (SLRs),<br />

and Operations Data Messages (ODMs) are discussed in paragraph 10.3. Refer to<br />

Table 10-12 for further information on the real-time message flow between the NCCDS<br />

and GT.<br />
