BREATHE; RESPIRATORY

Our exclusive Breathe blend is known to have good decongestive effects, and the power to make mucous more fluid. Breathe Essential Oil

Blend contains a unique blend of three different Eucalyptus oils, Rosemary ct 1, ScotchPine, and Lemon to aid with congestion by opening

respiratory passages, releasing constriction, increasing circulation, and clearing the mind.

The essential oils used in Breathe are known to have strong antiviral properties. The primary active molecules in this blend are 1,8 cineloles.

Known to be an overall booster of the respiratory system, providing a powerful antiseptic action as well as supporting the immune system.

ATTRIBUTES

Eucalyptus globulus: May assist with headaches, fevers, ailments of the respiratory tract. Has been shown to assist with the immune system.

Eucalyptus radiata: Has been shown to be a powerful expectorant and mucolytic with good ability for fluidification. (Available in Essential Singles Collection)

Eucalyptus citriodora: Powerful fungicidal and bactericidal that has been scientifically evaluated many times against a wide range of organisms. Its

efficacy has been shown to be comparable to the antibiotics Piperacillin and Amikacin.

Marjoram sweet: Has been known to assist with nervous tension, respiratory congestion, painful muscles, digestive problems and menstrual disorders.

Scotch pine: Historically has been shown to assist with any kind of respiratory infections including asthma and pneumonia.

Cypress: Has been known to have a calming and soothing effect on the nerves. May assist with excessive discharge of fluids and beneficial for the

respiratory tract.

Peppermint: Is known to contain nine expectorant compounds which help move mucous up and out of the lungs. (Available in Essential Singles Collection)

Rosemary (chemotype 1,8 cineole): Has been shown to be especially useful against staph and strep bacteria.

Lemon: Has been shown to assist with fever, throat infections, bronchitis, asthma and flu. (Available in Essential Singles Collection)

Bay Laurel: Historically has been used as a home remedy for bronchitis, rheumatoid arthritis and colds since Ancient Greece and Rome.

Ravensara: Known to be an excellent antiviral agent, particularly for respiratory infections and colds or flu. (Available in our Essential Singles Collection)

TOPICAL

Rub/Roll 5 to 6 drops neat, clockwise on the chest and/or back. Use as needed.

Can be used neat on the lungs and sinus reflex points of the foot.

Roll on chest or neck, or apply under the nose.

BATH: Add 8 to 10 drops in ½ cup of Dead Sea Salt and soak in a warm bath. Steam & aroma may aid with healing.

INHALATION:

Apply 2 drops to palms of hands; rub together, cup hands over nose and mouth and inhale deeply. May aid in immediate relief of coughing fits or to open

respiratory airways.
