General Information<br />
Deposits<br />
The <strong>American</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> <strong>Center</strong> will not confirm space without a deposit:<br />
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) down as an initial deposit<br />
Twenty Five Percent (25%) of the total is due, along with the signed contract, within<br />
thirty (30) days of booking your event.<br />
The total balance is due thirty (30) days before the event. This balance must be paid at<br />
this time before the Event Coordinator can continue assisting client with the planning<br />
process of the event.<br />
Prepayment may be made with credit card, money order, cashier’s check, cash or<br />
personal check. Any remaining balance (equipment additions, extra services, etc. is<br />
due by credit card, cash, or cashier’s check, five (5) business days before the event.<br />
Agreements<br />
A signed copy of the SMG <strong>American</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> <strong>Center</strong> Agreement must be returned within<br />
30 days as specified on the Agreement, to prevent space from being released. Catering by<br />
Savor Agreement, BEO and Banquet Policies must be returned by the date specified<br />
within the document.<br />
Liability<br />
Insurance is for guests. The approved vendors we contract with (cake, decorators, photo<br />
booth, chocolate fountain, etc.) require a million dollar liability policy.<br />
A Certificate of Insurance naming SMG, <strong>American</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> <strong>Center</strong> and the City of Corpus<br />
Christi added as additional insured is required to be on file prior to the event.<br />

Cancellation<br />
1 year prior to event date: Deposit refundable less $100.00 Administration Fee<br />
6 months to 1 year of event date: 50% of monies received Non-Refundable<br />
Less than 6 months of event date: All monies received Non-Refundable<br />
Parking<br />
Valet parking may be available for a fee. Client must coordinate with the<br />
Event Coordinator a minimum of 30 days prior to the event to make suitable<br />
arrangements. There are approximately 250 free off street parking spaces.<br />
There is a parking fee of $5.00 per vehicle, per day. Parking Passes are offered at the<br />
discounted rate of $3.75 if purchased seven days in advance.<br />
Event Coordinators<br />
90 days prior to your event at <strong>American</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> <strong>Center</strong>, an Event Coordinator will contact you.<br />
Event Coordinator who will work closely with you on creating a floor plan to suit your needs<br />
and also coordinate with the other vendors you choose to hire for your event.<br />

General Information<br />
Guarantee<br />
The adult minimum guarantee of guests shall be stated in the contract.<br />
If the number of adult guests is below the guaranteed amount, the client shall notify their<br />
Event Coordinator and Savor catering. However, the client remains responsible to pay<br />
for their entire adult minimum, as stated in the contract.<br />
A guaranteed number of total guests including children are required by noon, five (5)<br />
business days prior to the event. Changes in attendance given after the final guarantee<br />
are subject to availability by all vendors and are subject to additional charges.<br />
Outside Food and Beverages<br />
No food, alcohol or beverage of any kind may be brought into the facility<br />
by the patron, patron’s guests or attendees. This does not include wedding cakes.<br />
Savor does not allow any food or beverage to leave the premises. Please consult Savor for<br />
approval for certain items like candies, Pan de Polvo cookies, etc.<br />
Beverage Service<br />
Savor offers a complete selection of beverages to compliment a wide variety<br />
of functions. Please note that the State Laws regulates alcoholic beverages and services.<br />
Savor is responsible for the administration of these regulations. Alcoholic<br />
beverages may not be brought onto the premises from outside sources. We reserve<br />
the right to refuse alcohol service to intoxicated or underage persons. Alcoholic beverages<br />
may not be removed from the premises.<br />
Menu<br />
The menus included by Savor are designed to assist you in the selection of your<br />
food and beverage service. Please note that we welcome the opportunity to<br />
customize menus and services for you and your guests.<br />
Decorations<br />
Use of wax candles is not permitted. Confetti, glitter, sand, helium balloons and like items<br />
are not permitted without special permission from the Event Coordinator. Client will<br />
incur additional charges for use of these materials and any other prohibited items.<br />
