Karolina Zurek is a Senior Researcher in Law. Her research focuses on socio-economic
impact of transnational market regulation. Her doctoral dissertation, defended at the
European University Institute in Florence, analysed the development of European food
regulation, and its responses to the challenge of enlargement.
