which was founded in 1692, owing to <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> Old Meeting building being <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />

insufficient size to accomtnodate <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> increasing number <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> n<strong>on</strong>c<strong>on</strong>formists<br />

who desired to worship in it. If any earlier records, o<str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g>r than <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> registers,<br />

existed, <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g>y probably perished in <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> riots and burning <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> meeting-<br />

house in 1791. The minute books <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> Vestry Committee and Trustees<br />
