<strong>UTair</strong> <strong>is</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Russia</strong>n <strong>airl<strong>in</strong>e</strong> <strong>with</strong> ma<strong>in</strong> office located <strong>in</strong> Tyumen. The company<br />

carries out <strong>the</strong> regular passenger and charter transportations both <strong>in</strong> <strong>Russia</strong> and<br />

abroad, and also <strong>is</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>largest</strong> world operator of helicopter transportations. The<br />

basic airports - “Vnukovo” (Moscow) and “Roshch<strong>in</strong>o” (Tyumen). Thus <strong>the</strong> <strong>airl<strong>in</strong>e</strong><br />

takes <strong>the</strong> lead position <strong>in</strong> Tyumen, and <strong>in</strong> Vnukovo it provides up to 50% of overall<br />

passenger traffic of <strong>the</strong> airport.<br />

The company h<strong>is</strong>tory orig<strong>in</strong>ates s<strong>in</strong>ce 1967 and for today <strong>UTair</strong> enters Top-3<br />

<strong>Russia</strong>n <strong>airl<strong>in</strong>e</strong>s by quantity of <strong>the</strong> transported passengers on domestic and<br />

<strong>in</strong>ternational flights, it <strong>is</strong> <strong>the</strong> absolute leader <strong>in</strong> Western-Siberian region. The<br />

<strong>airl<strong>in</strong>e</strong> takes <strong>the</strong> lead position <strong>in</strong> <strong>Russia</strong> on quantity of flights: <strong>UTair</strong> aircrafts carry<br />

out over 200 regular passenger flights to more than 100 directions daily. The<br />

company renders services of aviation transportations <strong>in</strong>: bus<strong>in</strong>ess class, comfort<br />

class, economy plus and economy service classes. The company depot <strong>in</strong>cludes<br />

such aircrafts as: <strong>the</strong> Boe<strong>in</strong>g 767-200ER, Boe<strong>in</strong>g 737 500, Boe<strong>in</strong>g 757 200, Boe<strong>in</strong>g<br />

737 400, Boe<strong>in</strong>g 737 800 (<strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g advanced configuration Sky Interior), Tu-154,<br />

ATR-72, CRJ-200, ATR-42, Tu-134, An-24, Yak-40. In total at <strong>the</strong> <strong>airl<strong>in</strong>e</strong> d<strong>is</strong>posal:<br />

159 aircrafts of various classes. For today it <strong>is</strong> <strong>the</strong> biggest aircraft depot among <strong>the</strong><br />

<strong>Russia</strong>n <strong>airl<strong>in</strong>e</strong>s.<br />

As a result of 2011 <strong>UTair</strong> <strong>is</strong> one of three major passenger air carriers <strong>in</strong> <strong>Russia</strong>,<br />

CIS and Baltic states by number of transported passengers on domestic and<br />

<strong>in</strong>ternational routes. The <strong>airl<strong>in</strong>e</strong> <strong>is</strong> also <strong>the</strong> world’s <strong>largest</strong> operator of helicopter<br />

<strong>UTair</strong> aircraft <strong>in</strong> 2011 carried 6,750,425 passengers, which exceeds <strong>the</strong> 2010 result<br />

by 31.1% (<strong>the</strong> <strong>in</strong>dustry average growth - 12.5%). For <strong>the</strong> period from January to<br />

October 2012 Aircraft Group «<strong>UTair</strong>» transported 7,251,699 passengers, more<br />

than <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> correspond<strong>in</strong>g period of 2011 by 31.4%.<br />
