Material: 1 ~, carapace length 12'0 mm, carapace breadth 19'0 mm. Station
BRU 372 L. Depth, 1I2 metres. 2 0'0', carapace lengths 10·6 mm, 6'0 mm,
carapace breadths 17'0 mm, 7'0 mm. Station BRU 390 P. Depth 1I8 metres.
20'0', carapace lengths 12'0 mm, 5'0 mm, carapace breadths 19'0,8'0 mm.
Station BRU 391 C. Depth 86 metres.
Remarks: There can be no doubt that this is the same species as that recorded
by Sakai (1965a, b). This would appear to be the first record of this monotypic
genus outside Japanese waters.

Description: Carapace wider than long, dorsally convex, granular, with larger
scattered tubercles, margins crenulate. Fronto-orbital margin with 2 pairs of
spines, inner 2 more slender, longer than outer spines, set slightly lower than
latter. 3 supra-orbital teeth, innermost broadest, outer 2 acutely triangular.
External orbital tooth largest of 6 antero-Iateral teeth, latter decreasing in size
posteriorly. Postero-Iateral margin of carapace concave at origin of 5th pereio-
