carapace breadths 17'0 mm, 7'0 mm. Station BRU 390 P. Depth 1I8 metres.<br />
20'0', carapace lengths 12'0 mm, 5'0 mm, carapace breadths 19'0,8'0 mm.<br />
Station BRU 391 C. Depth 86 metres.<br />
Remarks: There can be no doubt that this is the same species as that recorded<br />
by Sakai (1965a, b). This would appear to be the first record of this monotypic<br />
genus outside Japanese waters.<br />

Description: Carapace wider than long, dorsally convex, granular, with larger<br />
scattered tubercles, margins crenulate. Fronto-orbital margin with 2 pairs of<br />
spines, inner 2 more slender, longer than outer spines, set slightly lower than<br />
latter. 3 supra-orbital teeth, innermost broadest, outer 2 acutely triangular.<br />
External orbital tooth largest of 6 antero-Iateral teeth, latter decreasing in size<br />
posteriorly. Postero-Iateral margin of carapace concave at origin of 5th pereio-
