our key mall management team should be introduced.

Head: Mall Operations - Mr Jaskaran Singh: With over 22 years of experience

and having worked with giants like Hindustan Unilever Limited, IREO Management and

Eveready Industries, he brings in the best practices and heads the team for the delivering

the best in class mall operations.

General Manager: Operations - Mr Atul Sharma: A graduate from MDI

Gurgaon with 11 years of experience in hospitality and mall management, he comes with

substantial amount of experience from giants in the sector like DLF and Jones Lang

LaSalle.

Chief Engineer - Mr Suman Parmanick: An electrical engineer and a graduate

from IIM Kolkata, has a wide experience in facility management having worked with

companies like Siemens, Kirloskar, British High Commission and many more.

Operations: Assistant Manager - Mr Ashish Mehra: He brings his experience

of 9 years to the property having worked with giants of hotels industry like Radisson,

Intercontinental, Taj Hotels, The Oberoi and more. Previously he was also managing

operations at Alpha One Mall in Amritsar.

Contracts: Senior Manager - Mr Uttal Kumar Ray: He brings with him over

15 years of experience in township project management, contract formulation and

management, contractual risk assessment, value engineering and change management in

various sectors like real estate and commercial projects and development as well as

hospitality services.

Fit-Out Consultant - Mr Kunwar Faizan Khan: An architect with over 3 years

of experience, he has worked with Arcop Associates and Intesys Technolgies in the past.

Accounts: Assistant Manager - Mr Amit Gulati: A chartered accountant

having expertise in managing accounts, audits, fund management, taxation matters,

finalization of books, coordinating audits and a lot more with over 8 years of experience.

Marketing: Assistant Manager - Mr Vimal Saini: A marketing proficient with

an experience to manage all the marketing initiatives and on-ground activities with prior

experience of having worked with Space and People India Pvt. Ltd. and Star Ad Media.
