As different measuring pins are available, the <strong>HZM</strong> can<br />
be used to measure <strong>force</strong> on different makes of point<br />
machines<br />
The <strong>HZM</strong> has two measuring channels which means that<br />
measurements can be made with two different measuring<br />
pins at two locations at the same time<br />

As a compact integration of load-measuring<br />
pin and display, the newly-developed<br />
tongue-<strong>force</strong> measuring device called <strong>HZM</strong><br />
provides everything required for perfect<br />
<strong>force</strong> testing on point-setting systems. The<br />
handy, ultra-light and versatile measuring<br />
device with comprehensive accessories fulfils<br />
many practical requirements. Compact<br />
design, simple operation, long operating<br />
time and service life, large memory, high<br />
protection class make the <strong>HZM</strong> a reliable<br />
instrument, especially when in permanent<br />
use. Setting <strong>force</strong>, setting resistance and<br />
holding <strong>force</strong> can be measured precisely,<br />
conveniently and at speed.<br />
Load-measuring pin<br />
<strong>Measuring</strong> pins no longer have to be calibrated<br />
before each measurement. An<br />
EEPROM memory in the connector of the<br />
load-measuring pin stores calibration,<br />
manufacturer and other data. The intelligent<br />
solution prevents incorrect pin calibration<br />
by the operator. As the pins can be locked,<br />
measurements can be safely made<br />
when trains are crossing points.<br />
