1200-SERIES
Complete series 1.25” sideflexing belts
The 1200-series is an extension of the MCC 1255 sideflexing modular belt. This development
involves a wider range of packaging applications in comparison with conventional sideflexing
belts. In this series there are four versions, each with its own specific inner and outer
module. A newly designed, reinforced end module makes it possible to carry heavier packs
around curves. A higher speed is possible due to the new guiding TAB underneath the belt.
This TAB is equipped with a separate sliding block that optimizes friction and PV resistance
in the curve, without compromising the strength of the belt.
A new inner radius module makes
it possible to construct conveyors
in the most compact
way, saving valuable
floor space in between
packaging
equipment.
