d. Poor skill of the artisans- The persons which are engaged in this field are not fully skilled and for that reason product up gradation is too less and new technology are not been introduced. The Govt. & the non govt. organization which are working in the cluster do not have much interest to organize skill up gradation & training programs for the artisans to make good quality products with new designs & increase the production. There is also a lack of skill marketing to develop the artisans skill in national & international market where they can get a good price for their products.
