San Angelo, \\ intfcrs, and Abilene, today.
The sleet storm between Bangs and Talpa caused un-
usual damage to cur long dirtance copper wires, arid ii re-
quired the work of two large crews of men during the last
ten days io resl« scrvce.
These two ciews will be divided, one remaining at
Cclcrr.an and tha otheg coming to Brownwood and rapid
progress v/ill now :>e marie in the matter of connecting*lip
city service where pole linrs were wrecked. Rural service
w T ill also soon b ablished along the Club Lake road and
along the Comanche and Zephyr road. The restoring of ser-
vice to subscribers out Austin Avenue and Bell Blaine Ave.
will be delayed somewhat longer because of the necessity of
our having to rebuild the entire physical structure in these
sections.
We appreciate very much the patience with which our
patrons have put up with-the interruption of service" caused
by the sleet storm. and ant them to know that we are
