Associate Membership (Jan 1 – Dec 31) No voting or Keuring Privileges $50.00

Keuring Fees
All keuring fees and registration will be done through the BWP Online Registration. Visit the website www.belgianwarmblood.com
to access the link. Owners must bring original papers and copies to the keurings. All Breeds
Pedigree.com pedigrees are not accepted in lieu of original papers.
These fees may vary year to year due to the fluctuation in the exchange rate between the US dollar and the Euro.

*New 2011 – BWP Approved Stallion Owners must submit a Report of Mares Bred to the BWP/NAD Registrar
each year for foals to be issued a Breeding Certificate and be Registered with the BWP. The Breeding Certificates
will be issued by the Registrar , Cheryll Frank: Registrar@belgianwarmblood.com and no longer be issued
directly form the Stallion Owners. Only Stallion Owners can modify their Report of Mares Bred. Only the Mares
listed on the Report can have their foals registered BWP.
Foals by Non-BWP approved Stallions will need to have a Breeding Certificate issued from the Stallion Owner
for Foal Registration. Faxed or emailed copies of the Report of Mares Bred will be allowed.
Foals must have a Declaration of Birth for Foal Registration and must have Original Signatures for Registration –
No Faxed or emailed copies will be permitted for Declaration of Birth.
