which describe new, superior value systems or start to
develop to these. Complicated value systems show more
conformity to life, but they are also more accidentsensitive.
The increase of effectivity in the whole system
can result in a limitation of the functionality because
often, there is targeted effectivity in only one part of the
system, resulting in an unwholesome pressure gradient:
Overpressure in one part of the system, depression in the
other one.
Complicated value systems have developed from
primitive ones. During this development process,
originally strange or even non- or counter-values were
adopted into the system as s-values. This could only
happen by subordination, by integrating placement and
submission. The respective exception was always the first
step towards this development. In the end of this
development process, there exists an integrating value
system. It carries the lines and borders of the originally
independent units like a building which has grown within
centuries. Imbalances can be dragged along with the
system in a lighter form for a long time.
Up to now, a study and description of the development
history of value systems hasn't been made. The gain of
such a research would be a completely new perspective at
the description of the development of social groups.
As a result, the evaluation criteria of a value system
would be the following:
• Functionality
• Effectivity regarding the set task
• Integration capacity
• Conformity with life
