Start-up support<br />
START-UP SUPPORT<br />
SCE Start-up Support is about<br />
providing assistance to individuals<br />
pursuing their own entrepreneurial<br />
ventures. Experienced consultants<br />
are provided along with work space<br />
at the university incubator, a project<br />
budget and access to outside experts<br />
for addressing special issues.<br />
Support is available for business<br />
ideas of any type or in any industry:<br />
products, services, high-tech or<br />
low-tech, software or hardware.<br />
The level of innovation and personal<br />
commitment are what matters.<br />
Alongside general start-up consulting,<br />
a support programme is in place<br />
for a number of entrepreneurial<br />
teams comprising the SCE Start-up<br />
League, who receive special assistance.<br />
And events are regularly<br />
held at the Innovation Café, where<br />
students can talk with each other<br />
and with entrepreneurs, gathering<br />
information and discussing their<br />
own ideas.
