SILICONIZED PAPERS:
Glassine release paper (B / KS / KSC / WS):
Supercalandered papers with high density are available in different colours.
One or both sides siliconized these papers are used in different applications of tape industry as release liner
or process paper.
WS grades distinguish because of their enhanced water solubility. KS matt and KSC are less compressed
grades.
The release level can be adjusted as required to suite various adhesives.
PE-coated release papers
NP – release papers:
One side PE-coated, one side silicone coated, these papers are often used as release papers for graphic
applications, for self adhesive forms and foams, or as process liner.
The release force can be adjusted in a wide range against different adhesives.
NPP – release papers:
Two side PE-coated papers with 20 gsm MDPE extruded on both sides. One or both sides silicone coated
these papers are suitable for applications like adhesive tapes or decals / transfers.
Especially in contact with water based adhesive coatings these papers distinguish because of optimized lay
flatness and perfect dimensional stability.
The narrow tolerance of calliper allows accurate depth when die-cutting.
Clay coated release paper:
One- or double side clay coated paper, one- or both sides siliconized are used as backing paper for self
adhesive plotter films, for graphic applications or for packaging of sticky goods. Also these papers are often
used for adhesive tapes.
Especially in contact with water based coating systems this type of paper distinguishes because of an
excellent lay flatness and dimensional stability.
The release force can be adjusted in a wide range against a broad variety of adhesives.
Machine glazed paper / primed kraft paper:
N - release papers:
Machine glazed papers, one side siliconized are often used for hygienic products or as a cover for self
adhesive envelopes and self adhesive forms.
NSS – release papers:
Both sides primed kraft paper, which can be supplied either one or both sides siliconized. In comparison to
glassine paper this paper distinguishes because of its enhanced tensile strength.
The release force can be adjusted in a wide range. NSS/D paper shows an excellent elongation, which makes
it suitable for self adhesive bitumen as an alternative to PE-films.
